Tradeify - Futures Firm Reviews

I’m extremely disappointed with how Tradeify handled my account and payout. I was a verified customer and had already successfully completed KYC through Sumsub. I have proof of the KYC approval. I then purchased two evaluations, completed the required trading, and eventually became eligible to request a payout. I submitted my payout request, and everything appeared to be fine. Approximately 12 hours later, my dashboard suddenly required me to complete KYC again, despite my identity already having been verified. I completed the process, but unlike my previous Sumsub verification—which was approved almost instantly—this one took significantly longer. Shortly afterward, I received an email from Tradeify's Risk & Compliance team accusing me of being part of a "coordinated account network" and claiming that I had violated their rules by holding or controlling multiple accounts. I categorically deny this. I do not own, operate, or control any other Tradeify accounts, directly or indirectly. What makes this especially frustrating is that the account had already passed KYC before I purchased the evaluations. If there was genuinely an issue with my identity being associated with another account, why was my KYC approved in the first place? Why was I allowed to purchase and trade the evaluations, only for this alleged violation to suddenly arise immediately after I requested a payout? I contacted Tradeify again this morning and provided my previous KYC approval as supporting evidence, asking them to review the decision. I am yet to get a reply but I don't have much hope since the risk team's mail yesterday said "this decision is final". I understand that firms need fraud-prevention measures and that they cannot disclose every detail of their detection systems. But there is a major difference between protecting detection methods and permanently withholding a customer's payout while refusing to meaningfully address evidence that contradicts the accusation. I am not claiming that Tradeify should ignore its rules. I'm asking them to correctly apply those rules to my account. I have never attempted to circumvent their account restrictions. This review is not about avoiding a legitimate rule violation. It is about being accused of something I did not do and losing my payout as a result, immediately after requesting it. I sincerely hope Tradeify reopens the case and conducts a proper review. Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the company.

End-of-Day (EOD) Drawdown: Drawdown limits are calculated at the end of the trading day (market close) rather than trailing intraday peaks. This allows traders to hold trades through intraday pullbacks without breaking trailing rules mid-session.

Tradeify is one of the best perform which I like in the future space because they don't have any KYC issue and the issue of the any other problems like The other firms have sometimes and it's been very grateful experience because she if I has been giving huge numbers of very long time and it has been a great experience while trading also because it has every kind of headphones which I wanted to trade on and it's very convenient for me and the very price and you also

Tradeify's support team could be more accommodating. They stand pretty firm on issues that they could resolve for the trader. Besides that, the rules are fine and same day activation is a plus, as is the account variety.

I’m goona give it 5 stars for the dashboard, all the information they provide, and because they have a product for every type of trader, I got passed 2 evals at them, quick, easy and transparent rules.

Solid overall, quick payouts and clean rules. I've had 2 issues in my several months with them related to my accounts, both issues were resolved quickly without any hassle. My only real criticism of them is the live transition process. 1. You get refunded for any ongoing evals which is fine, but if you have a funded account that hasn't reached a payout yet, it just gets nuked and you don't even get a refund for it. That's silly. 2. None of the balance is carried into the live account from your accounts. So if you have 5 accounts copy traded, there's 0 reason to build any buffer as you can get transitioned after just 2 payouts from each account. 1 more issue about the 20% consistency rule in lightning funded accounts, it's impossible to achieve a payout in 5 days as there's no wiggle room for going $0.01 over. Which is fine, but a tad annoying to trade 1 more day to make like $1 extra to get the payout.

I got a $25K Tradeify account at a good discount. So far, I like Tradeify because the rules are simple and easy to understand compared with many other prop firms. They also regularly offer good discounts, often around 30–40%, which makes the accounts more affordable. Overall, my experience so far has been good, and the pricing and straightforward rules were the main reasons I chose Tradeify

1st payout was approved and in my rise wallet in 1 hour. This firm has some of the best pricing and flexibility among many other firms in the space. The rules are also CLEARLY stated which is extremely helpful.

Tradeify was one of the first futures funding companies I selected, my personal experience with this company has been quite good. The interface works well currently, payment processing is very fast, it has many accounts with different rules that can accommodate a trader's needs and they offer very good discounts.
