So here is the thing with alpha. I found it on instagram from one of the Co-founders of Funding frontier. I bought few challenges, failed some. Got funded on 100k, i came to payout time and requested 5600$ which was 80% of what i earned in 14 days. (7000$) . I had one trade worth of 5400$ on GJ. I requested payout on september 9th, on 12th of september I received email my payout was denied, because the trade of GJ was unrealisticly fill by news. Well here comes the real part. They stated that the news which accured on september 3rd at 1AM utc+2 time, affected my fills of trade which was opened september 3rd at 5AM utc+2 time. So looks like they don't have restriction of 2min before and 2 min after, but 4 hours before and 4 hours after. I replyed back to that email. Also send email at info@capital.... to state that they messed things up. Well its september 19, still no answer. Still no money. I got banned on discord stating out the issue. Also seing more and more people arent getting the money paid. The 24-48h reply time they stating in live chat is big fat lie. You can check the screenshots on your own. Check the times, compare them. And you will see they feeding their people with our money. Will see if they gonna lie here.

on July 26th i requested a 36k payout on my three accounts (2(100k) and 1(50k)) account and i was denied on the allegation of group trading based on a cod device whatever they called it .i requested for prove of the evidence and i was told they couldn't share any third party information, after they went silent on me even after a number of emails i and written them i decided to give it another shot with them and bought three more accounts with them i failed two and passed one and was funded with 100k . i proceeded to request for withdrawal just like any other day and after 4 days waiting i decided to follow-up with the support only to be blocked from accessing there website. Have written to the support team and what they say is i was terminated from there services from 9th august . What am really asking is as follows 1. why they accepted my money to purchase there accounts, why they preceded to fund me ,waited until i requested my 2000usd profit and then when follow up to know the reason for delays for my payout they tell me i was banned from accessing there services. Why cant you refund me my money if this is not a SCAM. i need my hard earned money and refund for accounts purchased .Alpha capital you have SCAMMED me.

Alpha Capital is a professional scam I had 4 active 100k accounts with them all phase 2, I managed to pass 2 of them to phase 3(live) and my KYC was processed and the live accounts were issued to me and i made a profit of 8k in one of my account and 2k in other account. after I requested my payout within 3 days they sent me rise invitation and on day 4rth they sent me an email that your KYC was denied because third party was seen and you hide your camera. after one to 2 weeks they sent 2k payout but didnt send my 6500k payout. for almost 2 months i kept sent them emails that you have misunderstanding or excuse by this concept of 3rd party. we had conversation of more than 20 emails in the last 2 months stating please interview me, check my strategy check my risk management, see my face my id with a zoom call but they just ignore and keep saying we had a mistake while reviewing you KYC and refund has been processed but.... where is my 6500k payout???? the time and effort i put to this is all gone I clearly offered interview me first check if the trades were executed by me or not and then deny my payout. but Scammers always have different type of excuses. stay away from this scam prop firm. all those YouTubers are paid advertisers They ban me from their service thats why i cant log in to get my certificate but i will post the emails.

Account number:5021668 They have rejected my payout by accusing me doing of group trading/account management when i haven't done anything . When i asked them to provide the evidence from other user whos trades are matching with me and the along with the ip address they failed to do so,Hence its proved as they are clearly scamming audience hard earned money and they banned me from there server. When i moved to trustpilot they removed my post by saying i haven't have hold any account with ACG and its not authenticity , so i only left hope with PROP FIRM MATCH to look into it and make them accountability by delisting them from your list as they are near to fall so due to this they are doing this activities and you can review their all payouts rejection reviews on trustpilot and many of them deleted by them .thanks.

They do not Payout, For me if a prop doesn't payout it shouldn't even be getting a star. My payout was deniel and they gave me a ridiculus reason, i never broke their news trading rules but they instead said i am gambling. So now they deducted almost half of my profits and advised me that they will pay me out the rest on the payout date which is the 07/08/2024. I will update everyone how did this go.

my payout got rejected wrongly, which they accused me of holding a trade over the weekend, which I didn't and I've never help any trades over the weekend.

I've been with them for 4 months, I've paid 7 times, I've managed to make a profit 3 times on my funded account and all 3 times they've rejected the payment, each for a different reason.

Hey Trader, I got a challenge of 5K in giveaway from Alpha Group. I passed it very well. .Dashboard and website is little unfriendly You have to look everything carefully to understand. Customer Support is also takes 5 to 15m but they will reply you within 30m. Talking about trading Conditions this is , which i like the most in this firm better spread and No comission , fast excetion love it Alpha Group. Receiving Credentials is also So fast. When You are Tading with alpha , take care of Martingle rule. Overall It is a good choice. And I was looking for some Other firms for new challenge In Prop firm match with offer and I again select Alpha for new Challenge because I become familiar with their condition.( With Offer- Jan25).

I have been using Alpha Capital Group (ACG) since July 2024 and would like to leave a honest Review on my Personal Experience with them. The firm provides excellent trading conditions, tight spreads and zero commissions (with add-ons). Payout processing times were better last year, with a maximum of 48 hours, previous payout was reached today, paid in 48 hours. Dashboard is very helpful and all the data in correctly reported. The only thing this prop needs to put more attention in, is customer care, especially funded traders that are with them since a long time, that helped to build the prop strong as it is today. Great firm, good customer service.. very interactive and ready to help payout at the exact time given (no delay nor denial) good spread and slippage also ACG❤️🔥

Alpha capital group has been a positive and productive experience. customer care is amazing and they are super helpful and are on spot with queries and payouts are super smooth. It’s been an amazing journey and look forward to the continuous growth.
