I had a very few issues with Alpha initially more issues my end opposed to them. Their discord staff along with their live chat support were very helped up and effective when it came to helping onboard me. Even when their website was overflowed and had issues with KYC, was never too much for them.

nice prop firm. won a December free 5k giveaway and with a month of trading now I am funding with them and waiting for the payout to be preceded. hopefully Tuesday i will receive the payout(ill update if the payout id is further delaied )

Serious funding company, I am receiving my payments and so far without any problems, I recommend it. I have 5 funded accounts and 3 in challenges, I hope to continue working with them for much longer.

One of the best propfirms out there currently and the customer care is really great they are quick to respond and they really help you out ,and so far so good haven't had any problems

Overall is good. Hopefully in the future the service and other technical aspects will be further improved. And if possible, provide very attractive promotions for traders so they won't turn to other companies.

I can say after personal experience with ACG that it fits the criteria for a legit Prop Firm at least for me, because they have their rules so tight but at the same time a bit relaxed than a few other good Prop Firms that they don't let go any thing that bypasses their rules which in my opinion is a healthy sign for a growing business/industry. My only suggestion or can be said a complaint that their must be some initiative taken to speed up the process of communication regarding their review to be done or the interview schedule by the risk team that takes valuable trading days away from the funded traders.

User Experience Was Good, Support Of The Team Is Great, Flawless Payouts. Spread Can Be Better . Withdrawal Sometimes Take Longer Than Usual, And Reset Of Account Takes Time As Well. But Overally It’s A Trust Worthy Prop To Put Your Money In
