Alpha Capital Group mistakenly provided me with an extra $100k funded account. I assumed it was a challenge account since I hadn’t passed another challenge. Later, they breached all my accounts, claiming I exceeded the max allocation due to this error—an error entirely on their end. Their justification for not resolving the issue is a supposed “breach of trust,” which isn’t even stated in the contract. This situation was entirely a result of their mistake, and their refusal to take responsibility is completely unacceptable.

ACG is one of favorite firms to date. This is mostly due to the aspect of them being independently registered and operating under their business name #1. But also, I have never had an issue with customer service or their service at all. The execution speeds are great and it seems theyre continuously looking to grow. ACG is for the traders.

Customer care is rather slow, wait about 20min online per reply which dragging. Trading conditions are decent until you are doing market execution during a Session open then you get serious input delay.

Alpha has always delivered a great experience for me, their level of support, the trading conditions, the community, and the amazing Alpha team, are what make Alpha a cut above the rest. And the all important payouts have always been paid promptly, and without any issues.

I bought an account with Alpha Capital about a month ago and after seeing their ratings on propfirmmatch I felt comfortable trying them out. So after passing my account, I made 9015$ and my payout was 7212$ They approved my payout and even sent it to me but because I live in Turkey and it was Eid holidays for more than a week and the banks were closed the money bounced back, they at alpha capital told me to update my bank info in my dashboard and email them so they can resend the funds so I did that, by that time I made another 6253$ which my payout was 5002$ so I requested them both and on Monday they just randomly closed my account banned me from everything saying that my KYC had an issue. After I asked why, and what issue they told me that because my passport was from Afghanistan they banned me, I said yes my passport is from Afghanistan but I am not a resident of Afghanistan I live in Turkey, and even sent them my bank statement to prove that, but they said no we don’t accept that and that’s it. If they had a problem with my passport how was my payout approved, and even sent to me, if the problem was with my passport how was my KYC accepted in the first place how did they allow me to trade in the live account for a month? I think it's simple after my total payout got to 12K they made an excuse to just close my account and steal the money because this is a clear scam I have proof of all the emails and all the conversations and even the payout certificate because the moment the payout is approved you get the certificate. I have proof of the conversations after that as well that they told me themselves that my payout bounced back and I have to update my bank info. At this point all I want is my money I don't care about the live account they can have it I'll never trust them anyway.

I am trading crypto gold and forex from almost 1.5 years. I into prop trading for almost 1 year. I had breached many accounts initially from different props to get to funded stage..I got the 5k account from alpha capital group for free by just doing kyc ..! Thanks to ALPHA CAPITAL GROUP 👏♥️. I think to pass both phases was a miracle in my life . Alpha capital group is very good prop firm over all. But what ACP lacks is the slow process like when I pass phase 1 it took 3 to 4 days to get 2nd phase credentials and also when I pass phase 2 it took almost a week to get to live accounts. Actually these days there was huge work load on ACP for providing free 75k 5k accounts but I checked there whole process is very slow from other prop firms... Rest of all it's very good and legit prop firm these days no liquidity issues no payout issues no broker issues everything works smoothly. Thumbs up to the whole team . I have a very good experience with ACP overall.

Alpha capital group is a very good prop firm traded with them once got 3 payouts with them no payouts denied with you and the customer service as fast to answer any of my questions

I like the fact ACG is UK based and is very transparent. You can see the payouts on discord and the challenges are fairly priced and provide a great opportunity to excel as a trader
