The prop firm is a good firm during my trading days with them it was so good and their customer support is top notch, a day before I'm supposed to get my first payout from them i lost the account so i could not get the payout but others review was encouraging so I'm trying to get back to them by getting an account again cause i believe in them.

I requested a payout from my account, everything was done legally and within the rules, the payout was rejected due to news trading, my trade was opened at 4:26 p.m. and the news was at 4:20 p.m., so it was outside the prohibited window, they later wrote that it was gambling behavior even though it is outside the prohibited window. The trade is set with 0.5% risk of the entire account, just like the other trades, there is no question of gambling behavior, they just invent a reason not to pay out. On their website it is stated that one should not enter 2 minutes before and 2 minutes after strong news, this was observed, my trade was opened 6 minutes after the news. I have all the evidence of their emails in which they make up reasons just to not pay the money. If they are not going to pay out the legally earned money, then they should at least remove themselves from this site and let people know that they are scammers.

Everything started on the 12th of July; 10 days from my payout. Alpha terminated my 25,000$ funded account contract. I had two 25,000$ accounts with them as I had been gifted by one of their influencers at this time. One of these accounts, ‘1623066’ was funded, while the other account ‘1611771’ was on phase 2. 10 days from when was to be my first payout date(July 22nd), Alpha hit me with a breach email stating this was because of a certain ‘CID Breach’; which is just an excuse to avoid being paid out(IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE MY CLAIM, I ENCOURAGE YOU TO PLEASE GO CHECK THEIR TWITTER PAGE, SEE HOW MANY CLIENTS COMPLAINING UNDER THEIR PINNED TWEET, OTHER VICTIMS OF THIS SAME ISSUE AND OTHERS, OR BETTER STILL YOU CAN CHECK TRUSTPILOT AND SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY HAVE HIT WITH THIS CID BREACH INORDER NOT TO PAY THEM AND SEE HOW MANY 1-STAR REVIEWS THEY HAVE BEEN GETTING). Their mail, which was sent on the 12th of July, read that one of my phase one accounts, which led to me acquiring funded account was logged into from a certain device that also logs into other trader’s accounts. This is an obvious lie as all I used on my account was a Trade Copier named “Duplikium”. I mailed them severally to tell them to enable EA and copy-trading on my accounts, they replied saying that they have, which gave me confidence then to copytrade on my accounts. Later along the line, I stopped copytrading on my phase and funded account, because most of my orders were limit orders hence no need for copy trading i.e. I went back to placing the trades manually on my accounts, which is the reason they couldn’t accuse my phase 2 accounts for CID Breach. After this heartbreaking and malicious experience, I texted their support on discord to voice out, and guess what? After creating a ticket, they banned me from my discord, blocked me from login-into their dashboard on their site. There was absolutely no reason to ban me from the discord if nothing shady is on going. Upon mailing their support in the later hours of the 12th of July, they said this is their final decision and they aren't willing to move forward. They nullified all my accounts and my funding without any proof, I asked them for proof but they never responded to that part of the mail. On the 16th of July, I dropped my honest review on Trustpilot which stated all these I have just explained above. On the 17th of July, around 3:34pm(IST), I got a call from an Alpha Capital Group representative. He seemed reasonable, asked that I explain my situation, after explaining he said he does believe me and he will check into the situation adding that he agrees that I shouldn’t be punished for copy trading(Ps: I do have a full recording of the conversation). All these was not all that was said, their representative requested that as a sign of good faith, I should take down my review as they check out my situation, assuring me that he would find a solution for me. I foolishly agreed to this and brought down my review. Today, I have been contacted and told that my account breach stays intact and they haven’t found enough evidences to support my claim, even after I had sent so many evidences an screenshots to them and William had been positive to me during the call, encouraging me to take down my review. This is so absurd because how do you nullify one’s weeks of hardwork because a copytrader has been used, the same copytrader that the company had approved via mail on each and every of those phase accounts. Nothing screams scam and not wanting to pay out intentionally more than this. Anyways, this is me putting back up my review to advice prospective customers. Whether Alpha is a scam or not? I’ll leave you to decide. My final thought is that this firm is a SCAM and karma will catch up with them soon enough as they have invalidated all my effort and made them vain. I have decided to move on and go pursue funding with one of the other few trusted firms available, I leave them in the hands of God.🙏🏽

Things that I truly care about with a prop firm: ✅ Actually Pays-out. ✅ Good Support Team that makes sense when talked to. ✅ Reasonable rules for actual profitable traders. ✅ Bi-Weekly Intervals of Payout. ✅ Using the reliable MT5/MT4.

I am generally satisfied with ALPHA CAPITAL GROUP. Their trading conditions meet my expectations, and slippage happens very rarely, which is quite pleasing. I also want to note that the payout process goes smoothly and within the specified time frame. However, I have to point out that the constant identity confirmations are irritating, as my account remained blocked until I completed the interview, which took me over a month—during that period, I couldn’t withdraw my profit or trade. Nevertheless, in the end, I received my payout, and my account was unlocked. Overall, I am happy with this firm.

Generally speaking good conditions, low spreads, EA only with sending them your source code. Additionally 2min trade rule is not the one I like, news trading also limited.

Alpha capital is an institution that has its own treasury. After a few payments, they either request a meeting or try not to pay your earnings by using your transactions as an excuse. Definitely stay away. You are dishonorable, you are looking for an excuse not to pay my earnings. They do not notify you of the mistake you made without realizing it until the withdrawal is made. You continue trading without knowing this. If you win, they will delete all your winnings except for the violation, under the pretext of deletion. They ignore all your efforts because of a small mistake. Those who constantly win do not want entrepreneurs. I still have my account documents, I can send them to anyone who wants to see them.

Great firm, consistent trading conditions, very helpful support team. I highly recommend you try out ACG. Just make sure you read the rules carefully.

Alpha capital group is a good firm. The best thing is that they are among those few firms which still offer metatrader 5. They have great customer support

It was great experience to become a funded trader with Alpha Capital Group i just had my 5th payout and it usually comes in 3 days, i can recomment acg they are really reliable company
