Am currently funded 200k, made over 20 payouts over 30k. Really please with Alpha, so reliable on their payouts and processed within 2 days always. Dashboard can be slow but is not a big deal for me.

I am very pleased with the customer service, which communicates quickly and clearly. The spreads are also good for trading. The fast payouts are another plus. I have received four payouts so far without any issues. As long as you follow all the rules and have nothing to hide, Alpha Capital has no reason not to pay you. I recommend this company to serious traders.

I don't have anything to complain about this prop. They have great trading conditions (no commissions as well) and MT platforms. They say they pay in 48 business hours but I've always received my pay-outs in 24 business hours or even less. I'm with them since December and I had zero problems. Their customer support in top-notch. You can easily open a ticket in Discord and they will reply immediately. If you have any problems you can also contact them by e-mail and they will promptly reply. Just read thei FAQ before purchasing and respect their trading rules and I assure you won't have any hassle with them. The only thing I'd improve it's their scaling plan but hey, it's just my personal preference. Great, great company. Kudos.

I am extremely disappointed with ACG and want to share my experience. I successfully passed a 2-step 50K challenge, and my first KYC process was initially approved. At that point, my account balance was at $51,500, so I was $1,500 in profit. Shortly afterward, due to favorable market conditions, I managed to pass a second 50K challenge. After that, I was required to undergo another KYC process. Much to my surprise, I received a negative response shortly after completing this second KYC. The reason given was that I supposedly posed a risk because I was born in another country—even though I have lived almost my entire life in Germany and have always been a German citizen. I suggested an interview, which ACG often does, but nothing came of it. This feels like a convenient excuse to exclude profitable traders. It leads me to believe that consistently profitable traders are unwelcome at ACG. While they claim to offer payouts, if you plan on being consistently profitable, you might want to look elsewhere. It seems many prop firms primarily profit from challenge fees for traders who fail, and they do not appear to want truly successful traders. I accepted the situation but asked for either my profit or a refund of my challenge fees—something ACG normally does. In my case, however, I received nothing. I waited for a long time, politely followed up, and asked for fairness. My emails went unanswered or were dismissed. Initially, customer support tried to forward the issue, but later they just brushed me off without any help. If this review remains online, it means ACG has shown no interest in resolving the issue. I find their approach extremely unprofessional and unfair. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ACG.
