I had multiple challenges with them passed few . The firm is very good if you are discipline and have a strong risk management rules . I gave them 4 starts . I would have gave them 5 if they had faster payout . It’s 48 hours , which little bit too much, considering that your account will be locked till the payout is reviewed .

My experience with this prop firm has been terrible. I've come from other firms that were much better and offered superior support. I bought a $10,000 account and traded it for two or three days, but my daughter got sick, and I had to disconnect until I resolved the situation. I am trading few funded accounts. The challenge rules are reasonable and please read carefully all the rules before start. There are multiple type of accounts that you can choose for challenge and also different type of payout. Customer service can solve all the issues with explanation. Good experience of this propfirm.

I requested 10k profit on 25k account they said I was using toxic strategy that didn’t even exist and they gave me only 25% and got banned from alphacapital btw, as soon as I started questions in discord they banned me immediately

Alpha Capital Group blocked my account after I successfully passed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the $10,000 challenge. I reported significant MT5 price-feed freezing/lag on my Alpha Capital account and cooperated fully with troubleshooting. I provided screen recordings and supporting material (including a clean/blank chart view) to help isolate the issue. This is the second time that You have breached my account despite being profitable at 5% . I bought gold at my desired price and sold it at my TP , with 1900$ profit, how can you calculate my overall loss limit to -4000$ plus .. Alpha captial group is one of the best prop frim with very friendly costumes care i bought 50k 2 stap and passed phase 1 and got phase 2 within minutes all. Things are good but Excicution is bit slow just make it better no one can beat alpha captial group
