EDIT SEPTEMBER 2026 - PAYOUT DENIAL & FALSE POSITIVE BAN: I am a 3-year historical client managing 3 funded accounts with 5 successful past payouts. Upon requesting my 6th payout (only €1,400), my dashboard and accounts (Accounts: 2917875, 2746174, 2871744) were suddenly frozen due to a massive automated 'shared CID' false positive caused by NordVPN [a. I have provided absolute, unassailable technical evidence via email directly from my local MT5 terminal logs (.txt/ZIP) proving my unique hardware (Intel i7-13700F, 31GB RAM) under a single local station . They refuse to perform a manual IT audit or accept a live screen-share video verification. They are using a VPN network glitch as a pretext to deny a small payout to a long-term profitable trader . Extremely disappointed, the platform is no longer reliable for professional traders.

Hi there, To reaffirm our stance on this matter as just, I will refer to both the context of the situation and the relevant legislation throughout the contract which is signed by all users, yourself included, upon the commencement of the business partnership between our respective parties. The first clause we will reference is a part of our General Service Agreement and of our Prohibited Trading Strategies policy, which applies to your accounts through condition 9.1.8 and which explicitly states: "Account management services are not allowed, and all accounts and trades must be performed by the trader whose name is on the account." This policy operates in tandem to Condition 7.1 of the Agreement which permits Alpha to terminate and/or suspend a User's access to the Services where a User fails, or Alpha suspects that a User has failed, to comply with any term or provision of the Terms. With the above policies in mind, I would like to give a final recount of the events that have transpired. On September 22nd, we identified and informed you of the access on your account from multiple devices which we believed were linked to multiple other users on our platform. This fact alone is sufficient to warrant the removal of services from your access; however, following your response a further investigation was conducted when it was discovered that your MT5 account had been accessed by 15 separate devices which had been linked to 55 other matched accounts for the same activity.Therefore, we can confidently conclude that your MT5 Account purchased with our firm, was accessed from another person based on the device links with other users. In this case, we have concluded that the above case facts have led to the suspicion that yourself as the user has failed to comply with all terms or provision of the terms by way of participating in account management activity, which has resulted in the action taken thus far. I would like to reiterate that the clauses that I have related to this particular case, were agreed upon at the beginning of the partnership, therefore, our enforcement of said policies is contractually justified.
