One of my go to prop firms. No issues with payouts etc. Follow the rules. Never have to chase them for anything unlike other firms. Not keen on the news rule and following Myfxbook as well as forexfactory for the pro accounts, but willing to compromise this for the reliability of the firm.

Supports are great, they pay, approachable team, even the payment team are quick to if there's a little delay but overall this firm is highly recommended. Update: I'm on my 5th payout, everything's going smoother. Each payout is recieved withing 48 hours as promised.

Top firm in the entire forex industry. Come on guys, the trading conditions are better than good - your trades enter and exit at the exact price, and there are never unreasonable or weird gaps. Their customer service on their website, Discord, and email is always active and helpful, giving you plenty of ways to reach them. Their payout structure has been solid since day one that I decided to purchase a challenge from Alpha back in 2023, from which I successfully received a payout, and continuing in my current funded account. They offer a great variety of payout methods. Plus, they are in the final stages of integrating crypto payouts, proving they keep improving. I'd like to find a reason to complain, but there is simply none. Their business structure excels and it truly positions this firm at the top.

After my initial complaint, the Alpha Capital risk management team reached out to me directly to conduct a deep, manual review of my trading history. I am thrilled to say that they listened to my concerns, investigated the data thoroughly, and fairly concluded that the trading overlap was completely unintentional.They completely resolved the problem and made everything right. Not only are they fully reactivating my accounts, but they also approved the performance payouts on both of them, paying out $800 per account for a total of $1,600!This entire experience shows exactly how professional Alpha Capital is when it comes to solving problems and advocating for their traders.
