I’ve been using Alpha Capital for a couple of years now. They are hands down the best prop firm atm. Their customer service is astonishingly fast. I’ve had my account breached twice in two years due to some glitches, but they reinstate it instantly. Showing that they have very active staff. Even if I have any questions, their messaging option is again super fast. Even when it came to my payout. I was asked for an interview, as they wanted to verify if I was really trading my account. I was worried at first, but when my call started with Mr. Sandi Jones (risk management team), he was very well-spoken, kind, and patient. He asked very legitimate questions that were just focused on knowing if I was trading or someone else was. There were no strange questions, and it actually felt like Alpha Capital was happy to have me on board and actually get a payout. Something that I would never have expected from a prop firm. So yes, I highly rate this firm and would suggest this to everyone. Ps. Just read the news trading section thoroughly, as that rule can be a little tricky. But still, it isn't so bad that you can be profitable.

Requested first payout with it it was a big amount nearly 9k dollars then got email for interview i scheduled for interview still before 3-4 days of interview got email that you accounts are closed and you're ineligible for payout what happened god knows what they've done to me, denied my hard earned payout.

traded the account, got phase1 passed and phase 2 passed in two weeks. during verification got verified then risk team created a rules tricking the 2 minutes trades not making up to 50% of evaluation. I made 20% of the less than 2 min but they calculated successfully trades not adding the loosing trades which is absurd , we are in trading, you check pnl not just profits without loses. proposing I restart evals again then I said not worth trusting. even if I wish to get a payout its gonna be dumb rules again. please stick to big firms not time wasters.

ok i was using there acc this year and i am having very good time with them idk about there payout coz i only passed phase one and i have another blown acc too but they are very reasonable for their response and there customer service is good even for starter and they have a lot of option on there evals like u can choose a lot of drawdown % and target too and we will see if i get payout

Based on my experience with Alpha Capital Group, I found the trading conditions to be good, with competitive spreads and generally helpful customer service. The rules are reasonably clear and transparent I highly recommend this firm.

Their customer service is superb, ready to assist any day including weekends. Trading condition are impeccable. Once you request for a payout and your method of payment is ok, their turn around time is excellent, you actually get your money before that time lapses.

Great experience with Alpha Capital Group. I’ve received 3 payouts so far and everything has been smooth. I also had my risk interview with Raman Usman, he was friendly and made the interview very comfortable. Really happy with ACG so far.

The support was really helpful. The challenges are well priced. I am now in the funded stage and waiting for payout. Sandi conducted an interview with me. It was overall pretty chill and good to see that Alpha Capital cares about their customers! I am confident that this firm is trustworthy
