Hello, I have been trading with @AlphaCapitalUK for about 3 years. During this time, I have purchased multiple accounts and received payouts totaling nearly $50,000. Last week, I requested a payout of $1,800. However, at the end of the third business day, my payout was rejected—citing a "CID match"—and all of my accounts were closed. When I appealed to the risk team and requested information regarding the matched accounts, I discovered that the account linked to my email address was account number 1493350. I used this account as a "Phase 1" account for a challenge I purchased on April 23, 2024. I passed that stage on April 25, 2024, and advanced to "Phase 2." In other words, this account completed its purpose approximately 2.5 years ago and was subsequently removed by the company. What I don’t understand is this: How can an account—which the company itself provided to me 2.5 years ago and then removed once the stage was completed—now resurface as the basis for accusations of account sharing and group trading? It is clear that a mistake has been made. I have been trading consistently with this company for three years and have regularly received payouts. Why would I engage in such behavior now? I request that the management and the CEO of @AlphaCapitalUK review this matter in detail. I simply want this error to be corrected and for the payment I have earned to be issued.

I have been Trading with ACG from past 2years..honestly its the best Propfirm i have used compared to the other firms available in the market. The payouts are on point, but the payout takes around 3 days to be processed, anyways in the end you will receive the payout. I would just suggest one thing to ACG, it’s to make payouts process a bit quicker. The support team and discord team is great they help you out with what ever the issue is.

Got my third payout from ACG, so far my experience with ACG has been good. I was called for risk interview and it was done by Raman Usman. Interview process was smooth with simple questions and Raman was really kind and understanding. Overall 5 stars. Thank you ACG!

I have been trading with Alpha Capital Group since 2024, and I never expected my experience to end this way. In August 2026, I successfully received two payouts of approximately $150 and $500. I continued trading, believing that if I followed the rules and performed well, I could eventually earn larger payouts. Then I made approximately **$4,000 in profits**. Instead of receiving my payout, I received a notice accusing me of sharing trading devices with other traders. Alpha claimed that two device identifiers (CIDs) associated with my MT5 accounts had also been used by other users. They also flagged a residential IP address that had been used to access another user's dashboard. I was shocked because **I trade using my own phone and make my own trading decisions**. I explained that I use my personal phone to trade, connecting through my home Unifi Wi-Fi, Tune Talk mobile data, or my company's Wi-Fi when I am outside. I formally appealed and requested technical evidence, including timestamps and details explaining how the device matches established that I had shared my account or allowed someone else to trade for me. To support my appeal, I provided a screenshot of my phone model and a screen recording showing my phone, MT5 app, trading account, and trade history. **Despite providing this evidence, they said it was insufficient, maintained its decision, and informed me that the case would be closed. I still did not receive the technical clarification I had requested.** What makes this situation even more frustrating is that around two weeks earlier, another payout had been rejected over alleged restricted news trading. I was also placed in the Focused Trader Group, but no shared-device allegation was raised at that time. I understand that prop firms have rules and the right to investigate suspicious activity. Previous successful payouts do not guarantee future payments, and I cannot prove that the size of my payout influenced the decision. However, the lack of a clear explanation has left me seriously questioning how my case was handled. I also contacted support and raised my concerns on Instagram. In my experience, I struggled to obtain a meaningful response, and my comments appeared to be removed. I am sharing my experience so other traders can make a more informed decision before paying for a challenge. Keep records of your trading activity, understand the rules, and be aware of the risks involved. **I am not claiming to know what happened in other traders' cases. I am sharing what happened to me.** I would still welcome a clear technical explanation from Alpha addressing the specific device identifiers and access records behind its decision. After trading with Alpha since 2024 and receiving smaller payouts, this was the outcome of my approximately $4,000 payout request. **Do your research, read the rules carefully, and think seriously about how much of your hard-earned money you are willing to risk.**

Trading with Alpha Capital Group has been a solid experience so far. The execution speeds on MT5 are crisp, and spread conditions across XAUUSD and major FX pairs remain tight with minimal slippage. Their dashboard analytics make tracking trade metrics straightforward, and the overall withdrawal request process is clear and well-structured.

Trading this account was much easier during the evaluation phase. Under the conditions of avoiding news restrictions from both ForexFactory and Myfxbook, not holding weekends, and leaving a trade open, the account is restricted. My first payout was denied because I happened to close my trades during news events. The worst part was being put into a 1% risk group when my account never went into drawdown for long. When I finally got a payout, it was satisfying, but I lost the energy to trade after being put into the risk group and having to deal with the many hidden rules. I'd only consider buying another evaluation if their rules get better.

Alpha Capital has been one of my favourite firms to work with. I’ve received multiple payouts from them, and my experience has been consistently positive. One thing I really appreciate is that when you follow their rules and demonstrate consistent, disciplined trading, they recognise and reward it. Their rules are clear and, in my experience, very fair. I’ve dealt with other firms where it can sometimes feel like they are looking for reasons not to pay profitable traders, but I haven’t had that experience with Alpha Capital. If you approach trading with discipline, consistency, and proper risk management, Alpha Capital is definitely a firm I would recommend.
