Alpha capital group UK, has denied me payment of over 35,700 dollars this year and they have gone ahead to breach my account 2063413 manually. They went ahead to impose a 1% risk rule on me, and a 1 hour cool off rule which they said was temporary as it wasnt in the agreement. Summary
Alpha capital group UK, has denied me payment of over 35,700 dollars this year and they have gone ahead to breach my account 2063413 manually. My account balance was 206000 dollars meaning, 1% risk was 2000 dollars so all my trades where with in the one 1% risk rule.

Hi Anthony, after reviewing your case our team have identified a significant discrepancy from your review to the truth of the situation. Whilst trading XAUUSD on the 4th September 2025, you have incurred a loss on 4 positions with the following losses: $79.50, $80.00, $1,818.00, $768.00. Whilst our 1% rule is calculated from the accounts initial balance ($200k in this case), your point that your account balance was 206,000 is still invalid as your loss ($2,745.50) still exceeds the 1% risk limit. Your position opened 41 minutes after the close of this final position has clearly breached the 1% cooling-off period restriction imposed on your account.

Everything works smoothly until you reach the funded stage. Once you start making good money, it feels like they try to hold you back. Customer support is responsive and generally good. The dashboard is okay; it’s not the worst I’ve seen, but it’s not the best either. Their account processing and KYC are quite slow compared to the competition, which can be frustrating. On the positive side, their pricing is competitive and appealing for traders.

Customer support is responsive and polite. Pricing is competitive compared to other prop firms, and the dashboard is functional.
Rules aren't friendly for traders, particularly the “no closing trades during news” rule. This rule unfairly penalizes trades that were opened well before events. KYC and account processing take much longer than they do with competitors. Most importantly, they denied a valid payout, ignored the context, and placed their own interests above fairness.

Summary
My payout of $7800 was denied, and a total of $13900 in profits was invalidated. The firm claimed my trade was closed within the 2-minute restricted news window. However, the trade was opened more than 27 hours before the event, was already in 520 pips profit, and the news only added around 30 pips. There was no Discord reminder from the firm (as they usually provide), and the event was not highlighted the same way on ForexFactory, which many traders use. Despite presenting all the evidence, the support refused to listen and upheld the denial.
