This is my second successful payout with Alpha Capital Group, and once again the payment was processed smoothly through Rise. The payments team was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the process. I would especially like to thank Benji and Weng for their support and assistance. Although the review took some time, the team communicated clearly and completed my payout successfully. Extremely Disappointed – Funded Account Denied After 3 Months and 13 Challenge Purchases Hi fellow traders, I want to share my experience with Alpha Capital Group so everyone can make their own informed decision. Over the last 3 months, I purchased 13 separate $10,000 accounts, spending approximately $520 in challenge fees (13 × $40). I breached 11 accounts, and of course Alpha had no issue taking those fees. Yesterday, I finally passed my Pro Account (Account ID: 2788484) after putting in significant time, effort, and discipline. Instead of receiving a congratulations email, I received an email stating that my account had been denied due to alleged "spamming of the order book." The evidence provided? Four small USDJPY trades. Just four. After months of trading, multiple failed accounts, and hundreds of dollars spent on challenges, I find it extremely difficult to understand how four low-volume orders can justify denying a funded account entirely. What makes this even more frustrating is that I currently have another Swing Account in Phase 2 with approximately $250 profit, requiring only another $250 to pass. Given the treatment I have already received, I have very little confidence that this account will be treated fairly either. As traders, we accept losses, failed challenges, and strict rules. What we don't expect is to successfully pass an evaluation and then have the goalposts moved afterwards based on what appears to be an extremely questionable interpretation of the rules. The reality is that I paid for 13 accounts, failed 11 of them, and only when I finally succeeded was I told that I would not receive a funded account. I feel completely let down and deeply disappointed by the way this has been handled. To anyone considering purchasing an account, I strongly encourage you to read the rules carefully and understand that even after passing, there may be further reviews that can ultimately prevent you from receiving a funded account. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with any prop firm.

I decided to start my trading journey with Alpha Capital trading XAU/USD and I have not been disappointed. I currently trade two 10k accounts due to extremely cheap price of 40 dollars for an eval. Since I was new, this was really important to me and I probably blew around 10 evals and got funded around 3 different times before finally receiving a payout after 6 months of trading. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because there payout process takes forever and they limit their risk dramatically. It took a little under a month to get my first payout due to a required risk interview, which is basically them verifying if you are actually trading the account or not, and a missing payout from one of my accounts. However, everything got payed off in the end. Also, after the payout they limited my risk size to a max risk of 1% on each trade with no exceptions, which I found extremely annoying due to my strategy risking 1/4 of max drawdown per trade. (8% max drawdown for the account). I am probably going to move to a futures firm after this, but overall it was a good experience for beginners starting out.

I'm onto my second payout with ACG! Their market conditions on the account I selected are great. The dashboard is user friendly, their support team is good. I'm looking forward to growing as a trader with ACG.

Great firm to trade with and good customer service. Very affordable for beginners and user-friendly too. My favorite feature is the raw spreads and its really good for a prop firm

Great prop firm so far! Funded with 200k and 100k. Had 2 payouts on the 200k which were paid out on time. Stuck to the rules which are very solid compared to other props. Also the spreads are pretty good for a prop firm. Hopefully they keep this up.

Obviously one of the best firms around. I've received all my payouts without any complaints. The only thing that isn't a 10/10 is the processing time for live accounts and payouts. It often takes a bit longer, but that's OK given what you get.

It is a good firm to start as it can be very affordable with 30-40% discounts. You have to be careful with rules, but this happens with every prop. Rules here can be slightly worse but it’s the price you pay for affordability. If you adapt to that, they are very good.
