Got my 5th payout from Alpha Capital. Quick and easy, I been with then since December of last year, and it has been great! Quick responses from support, and a easy to use website. I will be doing more challenges with them real soon.

almost 2 years finished with alpha capital, they did not ever rejected pay out for me ,total 3 payouts , very supportive costumer service . if you trade accordingly alighn with there rules ,they never reject pay out

The best firm I have ever traded with. 10/10. Highly recommended to everyone. Customer care 10/10 Trading conditions 10/10 Dashboard is simplest to understand. They will pay you if you adhere to their rules. I bought 10k account for 40$ and today I received 1000$ as a payout.

The rules are very fair,Follow their rules and no stupidity and youll get paid out every time no problem.. Ive had 2 Payouts now from ACG and the team are always responsive and reliable, Money well spent and top class firm.

I started propfirm trading with this firm and till now I'm trading only with them there's also a reason behind it the trading environment is really good the and maximum time i trade gold so the spreads are very low and the customer support was way too good I've taken multiple payouts with them not a single payout rejected without any reason

My experience with the team has been solid. I had an interview with Oliver, and he was professional, patient, and fair throughout the process. The interview itself was detailed, but everything asked made sense—it’s clearly designed to confirm that you are the one actually trading the account. As long as that’s the case, there shouldn’t be any issues. I also had a temporary internet connection problem during the interview, and Oliver handled it well, giving me time to reconnect without any pressure. Using the platform has been smooth overall. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, with no technical issues on my end. Trading through MT5 has also been seamless, and the spreads are competitive enough to trade comfortably without feeling disadvantaged. For payouts, the process was faster than expected. After completing the interview, Alpha Capital started processing my payout on the same day, even though I was initially told it could take 24–48 hours. That was a positive surprise and shows efficiency on their side. Overall, the experience has been reliable and straightforward. If there’s one suggestion, it would be to keep maintaining this level of transparency and efficiency as the company grows, since consistency is what really builds long-term trust with traders.
