Good trading conditions, an easy-to-use platform, and a payout process that worked well during my time with the firm.
The compliance process and the handling of my termination. After multiple successful payouts, I was accused of group trading based on CID/device data that I strongly dispute.

Alpha stated that its CID/device system detected seven devices associated with my account that were also associated with three other users. They concluded this indicated account management or group trading.
Summary
I completely dispute the allegation. I have only ever traded from my own Android phone and from my home and have never traded or managed another person's Alpha account. Alpha provided screenshots as evidence, but based on my own records, I believe the evidence was either seriously misinterpreted or, in my view, deliberately presented to support a conclusion that does not reflect my actual trading activity. The timing is also concerning: the termination occurred when I requested my 5th payout which in their rules offers progression toward the live stage. I have video evidence of my trading activity supporting my position. I have also seen other profitable Alpha traders publicly report similar CID/device or IP-related allegations. While I cannot independently verify their cases, the similarity to my experience is concerning. I strongly dispute Alpha's finding and believe my account was unfairly terminated.

Hi there, To reaffirm our stance on this matter as just, I will refer to both the context of the situation and the relevant legislation throughout the contract which is signed by all users, yourself included, upon the commencement of the business partnership between our respective parties. The first clause we will reference is a part of our General Service Agreement and of our Prohibited Trading Strategies policy, which applies to your accounts through condition 9.1.8 and which explicitly states: "Account management services are not allowed, and all accounts and trades must be performed by the trader whose name is on the account." This policy operates in tandem to Condition 7.1 of the Agreement which permits Alpha to terminate and/or suspend a User's access to the Services where a User fails, or Alpha suspects that a User has failed, to comply with any term or provision of the Terms. With the above policies in mind, I would like to give a final recount of the events that have transpired. On September 30th, we identified and informed you of the access on your account from multiple devices which we believed were linked to multiple other users on our platform. This fact alone is sufficient to warrant the removal of services from your access; however, following your response a further investigation was conducted when it was discovered that your MT5 account had been accessed by 23 separate devices which had been linked to 157 other matched accounts for the same activity. Therefore, we can confidently conclude that your MT5 Account purchased with our firm, was accessed from another person based on the device links with other users. In this case, we have concluded that the above case facts have led to the suspicion that yourself as the user has failed to comply with all terms or provision of the terms by way of participating in account management activity, which has resulted in the action taken thus far. I would like to reiterate that the clauses that I have related to this particular case, were agreed upon at the beginning of the partnership, therefore, our enforcement of said policies is contractually justified.

Summary
I’ve been using ACG since 2023—three years without major issues and over $70k in payouts—but today they came up with a claim that "my device was used to access another account." They blocked my two funded $100k accounts, along with a $2k payout due today; they neither paid the payout nor refunded my accounts, and they deleted my account from the site. They start by making up excuses to "try to kick you out legally"—for instance, they put me through a risk interview, and over those three years, they made me redo KYC about seven times. Since I always followed all the rules, it was hard for them to get rid of me; now that they’ve decided to cut ties, they simply kicked me off the site.

Honestly, there wasn't much I could genuinely praise about this firm. Over the years, I faced repeated payout delays and several rejected payout requests, yet I never once complained publicly or on social media — I kept trusting them and gave them the benefit of the doubt every time. I stayed loyal despite everything, trading multiple accounts ($100K, $50K) and always following their rules. But not anymore — after being falsely accused and having my account disabled with no real evidence, I no longer feel this firm deserves that silence or trust.
The worst part was how they handled my dispute. After 4-5 years of loyal trading, following every rule, and staying silent through delayed and rejected payouts, they disabled my $10,000 funded account based on a false "CID device match" allegation — claiming my devices were linked to 2 accounts I've never had any connection to. When I sent a detailed dispute explaining my device history, they simply denied it without providing any real evidence — no dates, no proof, nothing. My pending $1,500 in profit is now stuck along with the account. Their compliance process feels completely one-sided: they accuse first and never actually investigate.

Summary
I have been an Alpha Capital client for 4-5 years, trading multiple accounts over the years including $100K and $50K sized accounts. I always respected their rules and trading conditions, even when some of my payout requests were rejected in the past — I never disputed those and continued trading in good faith. Recently, my $10,000 funded account was disabled without warning. Their compliance team claimed their "CID" (Device Identification) system detected that devices linked to my account were also used to access 2 other unrelated user accounts, and accused me of violating their multiple-account policy. This allegation is completely false. I have no connection to those accounts, I have never shared my login credentials with anyone, and I have never logged into or used any account other than my own. I sent a detailed written dispute explaining my device usage history and requesting concrete evidence (specific dates, times, and which type of identifier triggered the match). Instead of investigating properly, their team simply denied my explanation without providing any real proof to support their claim. As a result, my funded account remains disabled. At the time of the disable, I already had $1,500 built up in profit on this account, and I was simply waiting for the payout date to arrive to request my 3rd payout — I had already received 2 legitimate payouts from this same account before this. That $1,500 in earned profit is now stuck along with the account. After years of being a loyal, rule-following trader with them, being falsely accused and having my earnings withheld without evidence feels like a huge betrayal. Other traders should be cautious — their compliance process lacks transparency, and they are quick to accuse without proof when disputes arise. EDIT (October 15, 2026): Alpha Capital responded by citing their General Service Agreement and Prohibited Trading Strategies policy (condition 9.1.8). However, their explanation contains a major inconsistency. In their original compliance email, they claimed my account was accessed from 4 specific devices linked to 2 other user accounts. In their public response, they suddenly claim 12 devices linked to 41 other accounts, without providing any new evidence, device IDs, or dates. If this data genuinely existed, why was it not included in the original compliance notice? Why did the numbers increase so drastically only after I publicly disputed their claim? I have only used my personal devices, never shared my credentials, and never accessed anyone else's account. Alpha Capital has refused to provide verifiable evidence such as timestamps, device identifiers, or proof of these alleged links. Simply citing a policy does not address my concern. This inconsistency raises serious questions about the reliability and transparency of their CID system and investigation process.

I liked how quickly the payout arrived once approved. I received the money in less than one day.
What I liked least was the uncertainty after becoming funded. Being placed in the Focused Trader Group changed how I could manage my swing positions. When I requested a payout, I also had to explain my strategy in a risk interview and send travel documents for a trip I took last year. Support told me my case was under review but could not give me a clear update. I received the payout, but those extra steps made the process frustrating.
