I am updating my review because the situation has become even more concerning. I have now had four payout requests rejected by this firm. The first two payouts were rejected because they claimed I had not completed the required 5 trading days. I disagreed with that interpretation, but I continued trading in order to satisfy the requirement they communicated. Summary
I have now had 4 payout requests rejected by this firm. The first two were rejected because they claimed I had not completed the required 5 trading days. After I continued trading and met that requirement, they changed the reason and accused me of reverse trading. However, the compliance email they sent references account numbers that are different from my actual accounts. My real accounts are 2837105 and 2837106, but their analysis refers to 2817906 and 2817967. I also reviewed my actual trading history, and it shows that I was repeatedly taking the same directional trades on both accounts. Their accusation appears to rely on a very brief 18-second overlap, while ignoring the overall trading behavior. I have therefore requested a full manual review by senior compliance. After four rejected payouts and changing explanations, I consider the handling of my case extremely unprofessional.
