Traders frequently praise Alpha Capital's tight spreads, fast execution, and clear trading rules with no hidden surprises. Many report multiple successful payouts over extended periods (some spanning 2-3 years), with several reviewers highlighting responsive customer support and a professional risk interview process. Long-term users appreciate the ability to build an ongoing relationship with the firm rather than constantly switching providers, and the transparent dashboard makes tracking...

scalping
Summary
I’ve completed over 40 challenges and received 20+ payouts from AlphaCapital — until now. My recent withdrawal was denied due to a supposed “1% risk rule” that was never clearly disclosed on their main website, during checkout, or on the account dashboard. The only mention came in a help article and a single email that landed in my spam folder. Even more troubling, that same email claimed they had “observed scalping and a tendency towards a gambling-like approach” in my trading — despite immediately contradicting themselves by stating: “Yes, we do allow scalping and we also comprehend that risk is subjective to each strategy.” If scalping is allowed, and I haven’t violated any published rules — including the 5% daily and 10% total drawdown limits — then why are they subjectively deciding my risk management isn’t good enough, after the profits have already been made? This kind of inconsistent and opaque behavior is a massive red flag. It reeks of hidden conditions and selective enfo

The trading conditions and spreads are good. Dashboard is modern and clean.
What I liked the least was the lack of transparency around rules and payout decisions. Terms were interpreted differently depending on the situation, and key policies (like the extended news trading window) were not mentioned anywhere in their public documentation. It felt like the rules could shift at any time, especially when a trader becomes profitable.

Group Trading
Summary
Alpha Capital denied my $3450 performance payout, claiming I violated their internal rules by engaging in "Group Trading." The only evidence provided was a screenshot of another trader with a vaguely similar position different entry and exit times, stop loss, take profit, and account type. No actual link between accounts was shown. Previously, a $3000 payout was also rejected due to "News Trading," even though my trade was clearly placed outside the 2-minute restriction outlined in their own terms. When I raised this, support later told me the rule is “subjective” and that they reserve the right to extend the restricted window to 45 minutes before and after major news creating a 90-minute block, which is nowhere to be found in their FAQ or public documentation. This kind of vague interpretation of rules, combined with a lack of transparency and delayed responses, raises serious concerns about how payouts are handled once traders become consistently profitable.
