Alpha Capital Group has been one of the longest prop firms I have traded with, over 1 year and 50k in payouts. I consider them one of the most mature and reliable prop firms in the market. If you are worried about a prop firm you are working with going bankrupt, ACG is likely to be the most reliable choice. They also have amazing conditions, and their rules are VERY straightforward. No BS. Where my issue begins is their snail pace payout lately. 1st payout, had to wait nearly 3 weeks and needed a review, fine I am ok with that, totally understand, 2nd payout, it got falsely denied due to news trading. Swing accounts can trade news. I did eventually get paid out, but there was a lot of back and forth before finally getting paid. 3rd payout, it has been 5 working days and again, a delay. This experience has been a bit frustrating, especially from a platform I trust so much. Even with this frustration, they are 4 stars to me. Many people dont seem to have this problem, if you are not unlucky as me, they are an EASY 5 stars and among the best.

This firm is really amazing. Trading is so stressful and the prop industry as well. But damn I am happy I chose ACG. I never have to stress about weird activity from them or late payouts even payout denials. If you follow their basic and easy rules they just always give you everything you need and more. Happy is an understatement !!

I had a great experience with Alpha Capital Group (ACG). I traded with them for about three months, including the challenge verification, and I was able to receive a payout in around Four business days, just as they promised. Their customer support is excellent, responding within 20 minutes. The staff is very patient and helpful, guiding you through any problems. The trading conditions are also impressive, featuring very tight spreads, and I haven't experienced any slippage so far. Overall, ACG is a fantastic firm, and I highly recommend them!

I started at Alpha Capital Group in February 2023, and I'm still there. Their customer service is super responsive, they've always paid me, though it could be a bit quicker sometimes. I'm really happy with them and would definitely recommend them.

🚨 Traders Beware🚨 🚨 My Experience with *ALPHA CAPITAL* 🚨 I passed ALPHA CAPITAL's challenges (2 x 50K accounts), followed all the rules, and successfully received three payouts. 🚨But when I requested another withdrawal🚨 they banned me after a so-called "risk interview." 🔹 The Reason? During the interview, they asked me to place a trade risking 0.5%. I did—but forgot to manually set a stop loss at that moment. However, I knew exactly where it should be and even emailed them afterward to clarify. There’s no way to risk 0.5% without a stop loss level in mind. I also explained my strategy in full detail, showing exactly how I took my last trade on a chart. Yet, they still claimed I didn’t go deep enough—even after I asked if I should explain more, and the interviewer said it was fine. 🔹 Why Now? I already have $486 in my account and a pending $814 payout—which conveniently got flagged. Now I wonder— was this a misunderstanding ??? or just an excuse to block a profitable trader before another payout ??? I have all records and hope they review my case fairly.
