I trade a $100,000 Swing account with Alpha Capital and received a $2,669 payout. The account allows me to hold trades overnight and over weekends, which fits my strategy. The downside is that I was placed in the Focused Trader Group after becoming funded. My leverage and position sizing were reduced, and my cumulative risk across all open positions could not exceed 1% of the initial account balance. That is restrictive for a swing trader managing several positions at once. When I requested a payout, I also had to complete a risk interview and additional verification before the money was released. Alpha did pay me, but the Focused Trader restrictions and extra payout checks made the experience more difficult than I expected.

I've had a really good experience with Alpha Capital Group so far. The trading conditions are solid, execution has been smooth, and I haven't had any issues with the platform while trading Gold, EUR/USD, and indices. The rules are easy to understand, which makes it easier to stay focused on trading instead of worrying about hidden conditions. One thing that really stood out to me is the payout process. I've received multiple payouts, and each one was processed within two business days without any problems. Customer support has also been quick to respond whenever I had a question. Overall, Alpha Capital Group has been reliable and professional in my experience, and it's one of the prop firms I'd feel comfortable recommending to other traders.

I recently became a funded trader with Alpha Capital Group. The transition process was handled brilliantly. After passing Phase 2, my KYC flag triggered a minor system issue regarding two IP addresses (Kenya and a Google LLC IP from the USA). The compliance team handled it professionally over email and scheduled me for a risk interview with Sandi Johnes. Sandi was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. During the call, I verified my ID, explained my trading strategy, and was immediately sent my contract. The platform runs smoothly, communication is top-notch, and they are completely transparent. Been trading with ACG for 2 years now. ACG was my prop firm throughout my trading journey, that means, i have already bought a lot of evals from them. Had a couple of payouts, not big. But just enough. Recently they implemented the 1% drawdown rule. Which means, i cannot exceed more than 1% loss for the day. I had a hard time adjusting to it, since im used to having 5% daily drawdown. But i didnt take this negatively. It actually made my trading better, and more consistent. It prevented me from overtrading, and learned to lower my lot sizing by a lot. I am currently still using my funded account for 6 months now, and still havnt blown it. I had a pleasant experience with Alpha Capital Group. The trading rules are adequate, I haven’t encountered any hidden rules, the challenge prices are fair and I would even say competitive. The support team resolves any question in approximately 1 hour. Big respect to Sandi Johnes (the person who interviewed me), the questions were clear and the communication was extremely respectful. The payout was quite fast, overall it’s an extremely professional and trustworthy company.

the comunication always 48 hours They dismissed me and accused me of group trading without providing detailed evidence, which prevented me from continuing to trade with them, and they did not pay me.

I’ve been trading with Alpha Capital Group for the past 2–3 years and overall I’ve had a really good experience with them. After a successful risk interview I received my payout within 24 business hours. For me the trading conditions work for me because I am a scalper/day trader so it is easy to follow their rules. Also the customer support is fast and really helpful Thank you ACG.
