I joined Alpha Capital last year in December when they distributed free 5k accounts to traders and boy was I pleased with the trading conditions. Orders were executed swiftly. Their spreads are reasonable. What blew me away was that they had zero commissions on trade (this was a deal breaker for me). You should trade with Alpha Capital. You won't regret it

Alpha Capital no longer allow trading during high impact news even for existing accounts. I purchased account in their prop exactly because they allowed high impact news trading and now I can't execute my strategy. They changed the rule quietly and nor updated their site FAQ, nor they notified the customers via email or other method. They announced this change only in their Discord, which is unacceptable, because there is no way to know for this change if you don't follow their Discord. The support is especially arrogant and rude to the customers ...

Rules are constantly being changed in a completely unclear and unprofessional manner. Now, the second payout has been rejected. The first time was due to not reaching 5 trading days, which was somewhat acceptable though poorly communicated and I overlooked it. OK. Now again, because I closed a swing trade BEFORE the news. The trade was open for 5 hours, and Alpha had posted at the time that trades open for more than 1 hour could even be closed during news. Payout was rejected, profit was deducted, and they still haven't paid out the remaining profit...

I hoped that ACG would be an alternative to 5ers and FTMO, but the reality was brutal. 21.03.2024 my funded 100k account was breached due to ACG daily drawdown system error as that day account was in profit so it was really strange . they refused my kyc, claiming it were a third party involvement, and is totally nonsense, i did my kyc correctly and it was accepted by their software, but 2 days later they send a email refusing it. i linked my Rise account that already have kyc, and i never used a vpn nor i traded in deferents ip. i offer them to do a real interview, with camera but they don't what to.
