I started trading with Alphacapitalgroup on December last year after they did a 5k Giveaway promo and I managed to get one, it's been 5months trading with them, and I must admit, they are one of the best prop firms out there, customer service is very fast and reliable, trading conditions are the best I have seen so far, payout is very credible, although they it took a delay to get my first payout because of issues from rise, everything else is incredible, If you want the best, trade with ACG, you wont regret it.

After I requested a withdrawal for profit sharing, they kept me waiting for 2 weeks. Normally, their time is 2 business days. On the 15th day, after e-mails, they rejected my profit payment, saying that we do not accept your current trading style. They closed my account. I wanted to know that I have been treated like this before and why I was banned, but they are not responding. If I was wrong, I wanted to learn my mistake and not repeat it, but they did not answer that either. Even if my strategy was risky for them, they could warn me after I made my payment, change the rules specifically for me, or close my account. I could accept all of them. But doing it this way is a great injustice and nonsense. Does this company change the rules according to the person when it is not working for them? Or can he reject payments whenever he wants? I recommend that people who will do business with this company know these and act accordingly. My e-mails with customer services continue, but they are always answered very late. It has been 2 weeks since the process started and I am very tired of this situation. Maybe we can solve the situation, but people need to learn about what happened. Although I tried to reach you on Twitter and Discord, I could not get a response. Although they state 12-24-48 hour turnaround times for emails, these are almost always at least twice as long.

Alpha capital is best propfirm.. alpha is my first propfirm, and they are so fast respon on chat, discord and fast get email for the next step. And, for sign contract I must waiting 5 days work... And for pay out must waiting 14 days. And next am buy ascend, now still waiting for my account, because am finished phase 2. Bay the way am finished phase 1 just one day. Trading minimun is 2 days..

They have supportive customer service 24/7 and offers mt 5, have no broker charge, very smooth experience and offers pretty good leverage for traders. Alpha capital group have no payout denial history as the are very open with their business model, I love that very much.
