They have good customer care always are online 5 working days, have good spread, and they have fasted and sharply payout, using Rise.. they are reply to customer email always u request for an info thats greats.

Alpha capital group is a good firm. The best thing is that they are among those few firms which still offer metatrader 5. They have great customer support

I have not had any significant problem with Alphacapital, the conditions the customer care and having mt5 as the trading platform is a really good deal. I'll still go back to trading with them soon. The website/dashboard though needs one to spend a little time to get at ease with navigation .

Am currently funded 200k, made over 20 payouts over 30k. Really please with Alpha, so reliable on their payouts and processed within 2 days always. Dashboard can be slow but is not a big deal for me.
