Requested first payout with it it was a big amount nearly 9k dollars then got email for interview i scheduled for interview still before 3-4 days of interview got email that you accounts are closed and you're ineligible for payout what happened god knows what they've done to me, denied my hard earned payout.

traded the account, got phase1 passed and phase 2 passed in two weeks. during verification got verified then risk team created a rules tricking the 2 minutes trades not making up to 50% of evaluation. I made 20% of the less than 2 min but they calculated successfully trades not adding the loosing trades which is absurd , we are in trading, you check pnl not just profits without loses. proposing I restart evals again then I said not worth trusting. even if I wish to get a payout its gonna be dumb rules again. please stick to big firms not time waster...

ok i was using there acc this year and i am having very good time with them idk about there payout coz i only passed phase one and i have another blown acc too but they are very reasonable for their response and there customer service is good even for starter and they have a lot of option on there evals like u can choose a lot of drawdown % and target too and we will see if i get payout

Good experience with Alpha Capital so far. The challenge was easy to pass, the rules are clear, and payouts are straightforward. I’ve received 1 payout already and just requested my second one. So far, no issues at all. Would definitely recommend them.
