Hey Trader, I got a challenge of 5K in giveaway from Alpha Group. I passed it very well. .Dashboard and website is little unfriendly You have to look everything carefully to understand. Customer Support is also takes 5 to 15m but they will reply you within 30m. Hello everyone, Alpha Capital Group is so far so good I trade whit them already few monts and I failed many accounts even funded accounts but I didn't give up never and finaly I got two payouts and I want to get many more,thank you Alpha Capital I wish you long life in this industry.

Have recieved 3 payouts so far ( large, not small) with the 4th one just submitted for payut yesterday. Customer Service: 10/10 Ive been with other prop firms before, but i only use ACG now... they truly do an effort especially when it comes to customer service. End of the day they have a business to run - so stick to the rules which tbh have made me a better trader by following them and you;ll be fine. I highly recommend them and i suggest newbies out there stop wasting time and money with other firms that may be dodgy and stick with Alpha Capital...

I got the account and passed it in a week, got my live account within 3 days, payout after 21 days of trading, it took less than 24hrs after withdrawal to arrive on my rise account, second payout after 2 weeks, same thing, custer service both site and discord very attentive and user friendly 🙌🙌

The live chat is useless. For everything , you need to email them and wait. Receiving funded account account credentials take 5-6 working days on average. Payout time is within 48h as per my experience. Dashboard needs a lot of improvements. No funded account leaderboard. Spreads get wider near your TP and i have seen this on daily basis. For me, 3 star.

PAYOUT ALWAYS ON TIME. NEVER LATE EVEN A DAY. THE SUPPORT TEAM ARE VERY FAST RESPONSE AND ALWAYS HELP YOU SETTLE ANY ISSUE IF YOU GOT ANY BTW. EXECUTION ARE VERY FAST AND HAVE LOWEST SPREAD. THE BEST PROPFIRM I USE.

Excellent experience with customer support, great trading conditions, no slippage experience till date, even on funded account, during news as well. As good as it gets. Only disappointment is that the live account credentials took 7 days to be provided.
