Unfortunately, that trust has been shattered. After overcoming multiple challenges, passing their risk assessment interview, and finally generating approximately $5,000 in profits, my accounts were terminated and my payout denied. What I once considered a great opportunity has become one of the most painful and disappointing experiences of my life. I believed in this company, but today I feel deeply betrayed.
What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency and the way Alpha Capital Group handled my payouts. After three years, 38 accounts, and $13,555 spent, I experienced repeated setbacks involving the 2-minute rule, position spamming, and additional Focused Trader Group restrictions. Passing their risk assessment interview, and finally generating approximately $5,000 in profits while following the trading rules, my accounts were terminated and my payout denied over an allegation of shared devices that I strongly dispute. What hurts most is being accused of something I deny without first being given the opportunity to explain or defend myself. I feel deeply betrayed. After three years of financial sacrifices, debt, and hard work, I feel that my dream has been destroyed. Traders deserve transparency, fair treatment, and a genuine opportunity to defend themselves before such serious decisions are made.

Summary
Alpha Capital Group terminated all my accounts and denied my pending payout of approximately $5,000, alleging that two device identifiers (CIDs) associated with my MetaTrader 5 account had also been used to access accounts belonging to three other traders. Based on these device matches, Alpha concluded that my account had been operated by someone else or that I had managed accounts belonging to other people. **I strongly dispute this allegation.** I personally execute my trades and have never authorized anyone else to trade on my behalf. I do not use third-party account management services. After approximately three years, 38 purchased accounts, and $13,555 spent, I successfully passed Alpha's risk assessment interview with Adan and continued trading under the firm's restrictions. I subsequently generated approximately $5,000 in profits from only two trades, without losing trades during that period. Instead of processing my payout, Alpha terminated my accounts and denied payment based on the alleged shared-device violation. **My main concern is that a device identifier match does not, by itself, establish who actually executed the trades.** Alpha's notification did not provide specific trade records demonstrating that someone else operated my account. I respectfully urge Prop Firm Match to reconsider Alpha Capital Group's inclusion on its list of recommended proprietary trading firms and to evaluate whether the company should be removed. In my experience, the handling of my case raises serious concerns about transparency, fairness, and trader protection. I believe other traders deserve to be aware of these concerns before risking their savings and placing their trust in this company.

Hi there, To reaffirm our stance on this matter as just, I will refer to both the context of the situation and the relevant legislation throughout the contract which is signed by all users, yourself included, upon the commencement of the business partnership between our respective parties. The first clause we will reference is a part of our General Service Agreement and of our Prohibited Trading Strategies policy, which applies to your accounts through condition 9.1.8 and which explicitly states: "Account management services are not allowed, and all accounts and trades must be performed by the trader whose name is on the account." This policy operates in tandem to Condition 7.1 of the Agreement which permits Alpha to terminate and/or suspend a User's access to the Services where a User fails, or Alpha suspects that a User has failed, to comply with any term or provision of the Terms. With the above policies in mind, I would like to give a final recount of the events that have transpired. On October 9th, we identified and informed you of the access on your account from multiple devices which we believed were linked to multiple other users on our platform. This fact alone is sufficient to warrant the removal of services from your access; however, following your response a further investigation was conducted when it was discovered that your MT5 account had been accessed by 2 separate devices which had been linked to 3 other matched accounts for the same activity.Therefore, we can confidently conclude that your MT5 Account purchased with our firm, was accessed from another person based on the device links with other users. In this case, we have concluded that the above case facts have led to the suspicion that yourself as the user has failed to comply with all terms or provision of the terms by way of participating in account management activity, which has resulted in the action taken thus far. I would like to reiterate that the clauses that I have related to this particular case, were agreed upon at the beginning of the partnership, therefore, our enforcement of said policies is contractually justified.
