I have indisputable proof today I have come to believe that alpha capital is a SCAM. I was banned by them saying I was doing group trading, which is a big lie, I've never done that kind of trading. A few days later they sent me an email saying that there had been an error and that I should contact them for a new verification. I got in touch and WEZZ did the verification and came up with the result that my account had been banned by mistake and gave me access back, so I asked them for access to my funded account because it had already been approved and simply the next day they say I've been banned again and this time even from discord making it impossible to make any kind of argument or attempt to ask for an explanation... terrible! ALPHA CAPITAL SCAM!!! i want to see what propfirmmatch is going to say about this because i have a printed copy of the release of my account saying it was a mistake and then banning me again... sounds like a joke The truth is they just want failed traders to join their network to make money.

The pricing of this firm is very competative compared to other firms which makes it very enticing especially with the discounts alpha provide, only issues is trading conditions arent the greatest

For more than six months I have been trading in Alpha Capital. It is a very wonderful company. I have not encountered any problems during these six months, and the withdrawals arrive on time.

I had no issue buying the account or setting it up in MT5. Overall good spreads tho Gold tends to vary, most I've seen is half a pip 0.5 ( SELL 2022 - BUY 2022.48 ). For me it's pretty wide but some people would say it's normal. I passed challenge around christmas period, so I had to wait more than the 5 days to receive my funded account. But typically it only takes 5 days maximum. They didn't send me the e-mail of the contract so you have to log in daily in the website to sign it, then they will send you your funded details. I've not yet reached payout but I've never heard of a problem in that area.

Alpha capital group staff are amazing, i had a few technical issues when they did the migration over to the new server, Lukasz helped me out with such ease, when i passed my phase 2 of the challenge and after 24 hours i reached out to Sandi and she escalated my matter and got KYC and received my credentials. I did not know how the payout request worked and reached out to Alpha capital and got in touch with Pradeep. He explained that there is a payout date allocated to each user and come the date on the payout tab you can request your payout. I requested my payout on the 27 Nov 2024 7:9:32 and received my payout into my bank account on the 02 December 2024. The trading conditions are really good, i have a challenge account with another prop firm and their spreads are a lot wider, ACG spreads are near perfect. you get proper fills. The dashboard however can be tricky to navigate, however ACG has tutorials that will assist. Overall ACG is a great prop firm.

Alpha Capital no longer allow trading during high impact news even for existing accounts. I purchased account in their prop exactly because they allowed high impact news trading and now I can't execute my strategy. They changed the rule quietly and nor updated their site FAQ, nor they notified the customers via email or other method. They announced this change only in their Discord, which is unacceptable, because there is no way to know for this change if you don't follow their Discord. The support is especially arrogant and rude to the customers and offen ban the persons in Discord if they have a problem and let the people know about the problem or if you open a ticket they cut you off. Stay away from this prop, They are not professionals.

The speared and execution's is good but the time to transition to the real funded account is taking too much time and hope they can reduce the time. Their website are also not user friendly but other than that all good

I love this firm's swiftness in execution, no commission or fees. They provide industry standard spreads, very helpful customer care and the 14 days payout system they have in place is great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

"I've been trading with Alpha Capital, a prop firm, and have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, their customer care has been decent, not outstanding but not bad either. I appreciate the effort they put into responding to my queries. However, the trading conditions leave much to be desired. Specifically, the slippage can be quite high, reaching up to 12 pips on GBP/USD, which has resulted in significant losses for me. It´s my first time trading 100K and couldn't be better with anyone than Alpha. The support, and everything related is very fast, I hope have a good journey with them,
