I think ACG is heavily underrated! This firm is hands-down top-tier! I have had thee best experience with ACG from inception of challenge to Funded... The conditions are superb! Fair spreads with 0 Commissions & very fast execution. I absolutely love the dashboard & think it is one of thee most informative out there! I recommend this firm to anyone who wants to get into Prop Firms without a doubt!

I have terrible experience with alpha capital group. i was on my 2nd phase of 50k account when on 24 December they blew my account because problem occured on their server. They also admitted in their discord and even live support was also aware of the issue. So they asked me to send effected trade I'd and Account number so they can sort out this issue. Because they were aware no other broker or prof firm went this low as their firm. I provided them all the profs about other broker or market that none of other went this low as yours. They made sure they are aware and will rectify their issue. After 10 days i got email they can't do anything even they deleted that messages from discord what a shame I won't recommend this firm to anyone because i was just about to pass my second phase and i was 200$ short but they did this. I'm literally upset on their behaviour

The trade conditions are not the best the platform it’s okay and the prices of challenges also good

I would like to say their promotions and events are very generous. But, some work on the website, customer care, and specifications on their lot sizes could be done. Their lots are very odd, and to risk 1% on a 200k account, you would have to open multiple positions if you are trading the SPX index, because their max lot size is 100...

Alpha Capital. amazing prop firm to be involved with. Support is amazing any issues are felt with immediately, payouts are always on time again any issues are sorted out that day to help you receive your payout, the discord community is also so helpful.

My experience with Alpha capital was great, i got funded multiple times , i got a overall payouts of almost 15k in the past 12 months. the support staff its really kind and nice, there are always to help you they dont have hidden rules, its simple just follow the rules and got paid. if you a looking a realible propfirm Alpha Capital its what you have to choose. I met Alpha in 2023 and managed to make a withdrawal in 2024, but I lost my account. This year I aligned my strategies and psychology and managed to pass a test and make my first withdrawal. ACG has always been transparent and very honest with its financing traders and that is why it is the only propfirm that I trust and I can say that it pays those who know how to follow and comply with the required rules. Very easy to use and great customer service. Plenty of options and even better with MT5. And solve every small or big problem in minutes, customer service top notch. Queries are answered quickly and support is amazing.but unfortunately I don't pass their challenges. It is a pleasure to be an Alpha Capital Group customer.

Customer service is responsive, always looking at ways at resolving issues if they arise. Recently been onboarded to my live funded account and received great customer service from Pradeep, he was very helpful and supportive.
