Hello, this was a while ago, but people need to know how Alpha works. $100,000 account. as long as you are not funded everything goes well. As soon as you are, the problems arise. (I had a funded account before and there were problems straight away, unfortunately emails as proof have been deleted) Without informing me, they put me in the risk group with different rules. This was noticed because the leverage was lower and you couldn't trade high lots. I informed Alpha and they told me I was in the risk group. If I hadn't informed them, the account would have been deleted because of the new risk group rules. Because there was a rule violation because of the risk group. Because Alpha didn't inform them, the risk group rules only came into effect after the request to customer support. So there was no rule violation. The payout group was "informed". So that you don't write so much, everything in short form from now on. - account was deleted, although everything was correct - account was reactivated because the error was Alpha's (also only because I had the email correspondence) - a profit of over $700 was deducted, which was made with too high lots - when reactivating, the account was credited with $1,000,000 instead of $100,000 - email was written, it was changed, but it was still not tradable - email was written, then it was tradable, but the balance in the dashboard shows zero, email was written and then everything worked. alpha did not manage to restore an account on its own so that it works there were only problems caused by Alpha and that in the trading business where everything is about the psyche. And that was completely destroyed by all the problems.
