I purchased 25 k account from Alpha capital Group uk and such a great experience, top and most trusted firm in industry 💯 If you Follow all Rules they never denied your payout I took 2 payouts from ACG . And it takes 24-48 hours to receive payouts through method. CEO and support team is Great 😃. Just one thing is spread is High in ACg because there is no commision. And after all phase compition they took to much time to give funded account around 1 week. Overall best Prop and trustworthy prop firm in industry

I've been trading with ACG since April 2024(that month I received my first payout), since then, everything was fine, I've never had major problems, just minor, nothing to worry about. Finally after 8 months working with them I crossed the 100k usd barrier in payouts, I huge milestone for me. Overall, all I have to say is that ACG is a really trustable firm; good trading conditions, good customer support, no weird rules and it pays on time

Alpha Capital Group mistakenly provided me with an extra $100k funded account. I assumed it was a challenge account since I hadn’t passed another challenge. Later, they breached all my accounts, claiming I exceeded the max allocation due to this error—an error entirely on their end. Their justification for not resolving the issue is a supposed “breach of trust,” which isn’t even stated in the contract. This situation was entirely a result of their mistake, and their refusal to take responsibility is completely unacceptable.

ACG is one of favorite firms to date. This is mostly due to the aspect of them being independently registered and operating under their business name #1. But also, I have never had an issue with customer service or their service at all. The execution speeds are great and it seems theyre continuously looking to grow. ACG is for the traders.

Customer care is rather slow, wait about 20min online per reply which dragging. Trading conditions are decent until you are doing market execution during a Session open then you get serious input delay.
