I bought an account with Alpha Capital about a month ago and after seeing their ratings on propfirmmatch I felt comfortable trying them out. So after passing my account, I made 9015$ and my payout was 7212$ They approved my payout and even sent it to me but because I live in Turkey and it was Eid holidays for more than a week and the banks were closed the money bounced back, they at alpha capital told me to update my bank info in my dashboard and email them so they can resend the funds so I did that, by that time I made another 6253$ which my payout...

they don't have anything better than other prop firms I trusted them because of their rating in PropFirmMatch but it's just a scam they are looking for ways to steal your money and scam you that's it
their rules are setup in a way that you will lose the account no matter what in the live account you cannot trade or close an already opened trade 2 minutes before or after news and that is just insane opening a new trade I get that but closing a trade is insane that means if a news is coming and you have a trade you should get rid of your stop loss and take profit because if your trade gets closed you lose the account

firstly i had to upload the emails I received from them because I am blocked from the website so I cannot get my certificates. they say that because my passport is from Afghanistan they cannot give me my payout even though I do not live in Afghanistan I live in Turkey I even sent them my bank statement as proof of address but they did not accept. if they had an issue with my passport why would they approve my first payout why would they even let me trade in a live account? my first payout was 7212$ and I did not receive it because the banks were closed in Turkey because of Eid so they told me to update my bank info and request it again by that time I had made another 5002$ in payout so I requested both of them totaling at 12K and then they just blocked me everywhere and said that because I am from Afghanistan not even a resident but just because I am from Afghanistan they won't pay me.

Hello Trader, Our FAQ stipulates that if a Person is a Citizen of Resident of a prohibited country then we can not not proceed with providing our services.. The broker and no liquidity issues with this firm.. the owners earning outside of this business... Not earning only from the fee of the challenges as other props working these days ... That's why they have no issues to give payouts. That a big point for me to go with them in future as well.
The wait between phases . It's sucks when pass a phase today but then you have to wait for 3 days to get the credentials for next phase and so on live account. And I think there will be same waiting for payouts as well
