I had two accounts with ACG. Both went live, and they asked for KYC again even though I had already completed it twice. I resubmitted it, and they accused me of using a US VPN, which I never used. I pushed back, asked for clarification and posted reviews. Because of those negative reviews, a member of their support team contacted me and asked me to remove all my reviews, saying they would then proceed with a risk interview. The risk interview took place after I removed the reviews, I explained my strategy and provided my documents then my accounts were reinstated. This confirms that I never used a VPN and that the accusation was their error. I have received almost three payouts from them, approximately $5,000 USD. Issue 1: Even after my accounts were reinstated, I felt I was treated unfairly. My payouts took 5 and 7 business days to process, while their FAQ states that standard processing time is 2 business days. Whenever I contacted support, they said some accounts require a more in-depth review. Issue 2: On 19 October I requested my fourth payout. Three days later they emailed me a notice of CID breach, claiming I had used a VPS or other people’s networks, with an IP from an ISP named Karachi Communication Company. I live in Lahore and have never been to Karachi. I believe this claim is false. They had treated my accounts as a problem since the risk interview. Issue 3: After and email from the Risk Team they instantly Disabled my Client Area access so I'll not be able to get the receipts, but in their email they said I got 14 days to submit clarification and my everything on hold for now. Hold doesn't mean disabling the Dashboard it clearly means that they have made up their mind if there's an explanation from my end they're still gonna be firm on their decision. My two $50K live accounts have been terminated. When they wanted evaluation fees, I was a green flag, and once I passed, I suddenly became a red flag. I am strongly against passing services and copy trading, as my self-respect does not allow me to cheat. I have been honest with every firm I trade with and will remain so. Who is accountable for the financial and mental losses I now have to bear? I recommended ACG to many friends in my network, and this is disappointing. Treatment like this will destroy trust between traders and prop firms.

I got payout within 24h after a short interview. This is my 2nd qualified account. The 1st one got breach as I was hurry for profit. I'm vey happy with ACG. I have no issues when trading so I don't know how good is their customer support. Everything go smooth as I had some time read their discord. I recommend ACG to new prop firm trader.

I received my first ever payout from Alpha Capital Group via Rise. After a risk interview and a quick exchange with the payments team, my request was approved and the funds arrived. The payments team replied fast and was professional, and once I confirmed my interview details they approved the payout within hours. If you trade with discipline and follow the rules, Alpha Capital pays. I'm happy with my experience and I’ll keep trading with them.

All accounts terminated and pending payout rejected—without asking me a single question first. Alpha Capital Group blocked my dashboard, terminated all my accounts and rejected my pending payout over an alleged MT5 device ID match with another customer. I have followed all trading rules. Only I have access to my personal laptop and trading accounts, and only I have traded them. I have never shared my credentials, used account management services or accessed another person’s Alpha Capital Group account. I live in Dubai and recently spent two weeks visiting family in Germany. I traded on the exact same personal laptop I use in Dubai and can document my travel with my flight booking. Before taking action, Alpha did not contact me, ask for an explanation or request additional verification. The termination notice identified a device ID match but provided no relevant login timestamps or evidence showing that another person actually operated my accounts. The punishment came first. The opportunity to explain came afterwards, through a 14-day appeal while I was already locked out and my pending payout had been rejected. I strongly dispute this allegation. Having followed the rules, I expect concrete evidence, a transparent manual investigation and a fair opportunity to respond before consequences this serious are imposed. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Alpha Capital Group. How a firm handles disputed findings and pending payouts matters just as much as the rules it advertises. I will update this review with their response and the outcome of my appeal. Update 24.10.2026: Unfortunately, nothing ACG has written here is true. They’re accusing me of something that isn’t true. I am an honest trader and follow all the rules. On top of that, they write “we believed.” So, is “belief” enough to freeze the entire account? Thank you. I worked hard for all of this and followed all the rules, only to be treated this way. On top of that, they don’t even address my points. I thought Alpha Capital was one of the good companies in this industry. I've learned better than that. So I can't recommend ACG at all, and I can only warn people against doing business with this company!

Alpha Capital Group terminated my accounts and withheld my pending payout based on an allegation that 255 device identifiers associated with my accounts were also linked to 153 other users. I trade exclusively on my own accounts using my personal iPhone and two personal laptops through the installed MT5 application. I have not knowingly shared my account credentials or authorised anyone else to trade on my behalf. I find it extremely difficult to reconcile the allegation of 255 device identifiers with my use of just three personal devices. Following the termination, I submitted a formal appeal, provided photographs of my devices, and explicitly requested a technical review of the evidence supporting the allegation. Given the seriousness of the accusations and their financial consequences, I expected a thorough investigation and a clear, evidence-based explanation. Instead, my experience with Alpha Capital Group's compliance team and customer support has raised serious concerns about the fairness and effectiveness of its appeals process. My requests for clarification have been met with repeated assertions that I violated the rules, without adequately explaining the technical findings or substantively addressing the questions and evidence I submitted. What is the point of an appeals process if the responses simply repeat the original allegation without meaningfully addressing the appeal? The replies have appeared generic and standardised, giving me little confidence that my specific circumstances and supporting evidence have been properly considered. An appeal should provide a genuine opportunity for a decision to be reviewed, not merely serve as a channel for reiterating the original conclusion. The consequences are substantial: my accounts have been terminated, and my pending payout has been withheld. If a firm takes such consequential action, it should provide clear, verifiable evidence and explain precisely how that evidence establishes a breach. Repeating an allegation is not the same as substantiating it. I understand that compliance is necessary in the proprietary trading industry. However, compliance must be accompanied by transparency, accountability, and procedural fairness. Traders should not have to repeatedly request basic explanations while receiving generic responses that leave their fundamental concerns unanswered. This experience has severely undermined my confidence in Alpha Capital Group. The lack of meaningful engagement from both its compliance team and customer support has made the appeals process feel ineffective and has left my concerns unresolved. I cannot recommend Alpha Capital Group based on this experience. Traders deserve more than serious allegations followed by unexplained decisions and repetitive responses. They deserve clear evidence, professional communication, and an appeals process that genuinely considers their case.

Hello, I have been trading with @AlphaCapitalUK for about 3 years. During this time, I have purchased multiple accounts and received payouts totaling nearly $50,000. Last week, I requested a payout of $1,800. However, at the end of the third business day, my payout was rejected—citing a "CID match"—and all of my accounts were closed. When I appealed to the risk team and requested information regarding the matched accounts, I discovered that the account linked to my email address was account number 1493350. I used this account as a "Phase 1" account for a challenge I purchased on April 23, 2024. I passed that stage on April 25, 2024, and advanced to "Phase 2." In other words, this account completed its purpose approximately 2.5 years ago and was subsequently removed by the company. What I don’t understand is this: How can an account—which the company itself provided to me 2.5 years ago and then removed once the stage was completed—now resurface as the basis for accusations of account sharing and group trading? It is clear that a mistake has been made. I have been trading consistently with this company for three years and have regularly received payouts. Why would I engage in such behavior now? I request that the management and the CEO of @AlphaCapitalUK review this matter in detail. I simply want this error to be corrected and for the payment I have earned to be issued.

I have been Trading with ACG from past 2years..honestly its the best Propfirm i have used compared to the other firms available in the market. The payouts are on point, but the payout takes around 3 days to be processed, anyways in the end you will receive the payout. I would just suggest one thing to ACG, it’s to make payouts process a bit quicker. The support team and discord team is great they help you out with what ever the issue is.
