I have had a great experience trading with Audacity Capital so far. The trading conditions are smooth, execution is reliable, and the overall dashboard interface is very user-friendly. I recently requested a payout, and the process was handled efficiently without unnecessary complications. A special thanks to Rolando from support, who was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the payout process. I highly recommend Audacity Capital to traders looking for a trustworthy prop firm.

The fast and seamless payout process, excellent trading execution, and extremely responsive customer support—especially Rolando, who was very helpful throughout.
Honestly, I don't have major complaints. The only feature I would love to see added in the future is a Swap-Free (No-Swap) account option for traders who like to hold positions over multiple days without overnight fees.

Although it takes almost a week to get your payout approved, they finally pay you if you have followed their rules. Trading conditions are so good, especially for Indices. Dashboard is better than their previous one but can be improved a lot. Customer support team is fast to reply via emails - Within 24 hours.

I’ll start from the beginning. I bought a 240k 2 phase account & I passed it. I got funded and I received about 3 payouts, At first I believed it was a trustworthy prop firm since I read some reviews here and since they paid me out. Then out of the blue, risk team contacted me and told me I’m restricted to 1% daily max loss. What this means is if you lose 1% on the day, your account is terminated. No soft breach , no warning, just breached and decision is “final” , I never risked more than 2% on the day. One day I lost 40 dollars over 1% on the day ...

I traded live account #200931 entirely within the system-enforced parameters on the MT5 server, achieving a profit of $10,428.60 and ranking #1 on their leaderboard. My payout was completely denied. Prospective traders need to know how this firm operates behind the scenes: The 3% Rule: They will breach your account for risking over 3% on a single trade, even though this rule does not exist anywhere on PropFirmMatch or their official Prohibited Trading Practices page. In their email to me, they admitted it is a hidden "internal risk parameter." Exa...

Their ability to draft an 11-page report explaining why they can't afford to pay a profitable trader is genuinely impressive administrative work.
The fact that their published rules mean absolutely nothing. Their terms state scalping is banned if it makes up "most or all" of your trades, but their risk team apparently defines "most" as 5%. They also have a collection of invisible, unwritten "internal parameters" that only appear once you become profitable. They openly admitted in writing that their 3% risk rule is completely unwritten and applied solely at their own "discretion." If you plan on losing money, they are a great firm. If you plan on winning, expect them to change the rules of physics retroactively to keep your payout.

Summary
I achieved a profit of $10,428.60 on live account #200931, reaching the #1 spot on Audacity Capital's public leaderboard. Upon requesting the payout, the firm denied the withdrawal and deactivated the account. The firm issued a risk report citing a "3% single-trade risk threshold" and a breach of their "scalping policy." In subsequent formal email correspondence, the firm explicitly admitted that the 3% single-trade risk rule is NOT a published or system-enforced rule, but rather an "internal risk parameter" applied entirely at their own manual discretion. Furthermore, regarding their scalping policy—which explicitly states on their website that short-duration trades are only prohibited if they constitute "most or all" trades—the firm admitted that my trading did not meet this quantitative threshold (only 3 out of 58 trades were under 2 minutes), but asserted that they reserve the right to ignore their own written terms to disqualify an account based on isolated trades.

Audacity Capital is easily one of the best prop firms out there. The onboarding process was super quick, and I got my live account in no time. The trading conditions are excellent, and the support team is always active and incredibly fast to help. Plus, their payout process is seamless.

The total amount of payments currently stands at $18,000. Payments are processed and confirmed within 1-3 business days, which I consider quite fast. There are also clear rules—if followed, there will be no questions from the proprietorship firm. Special thanks to rolando@audacitycapital.co.uk

After some disappointing experiences with other prop firms, I was naturally cautious. However, Audacity Capital has completely changed my perspective. The onboarding process was smooth, and their support team has been responsive, professional, and genuinely trader-friendly whenever I’ve needed assistance. I’m currently trading a $120k funded account, and receiving my first payout was a seamless experience processed without any unnecessary delays or complications, which gave me even more confidence in the firm. One suggestion I’d love to see is a d...

I passed the "Ability Challenge" and requested my first payout—my profit of $235. Following the request, Audacity Capital rejected the payment, flagged my account for violating the rules, and stated that the decision was final. They cited two reasons: 1. Trading during news events ("news trading") 2. DCA / Dollar-Cost Averaging Regarding news trading, their public rules indicate that trading during news events or holding positions over the weekend is "permitted." The wording states that traders should avoid opening, closing, or adding to positions...

Prohibited practices (DCA and trading news)
Summary
Audacity Capital rejected my first payout request of US$ 235.26 and flagged my account for rule violations, alleging prohibited practices. The trade linked to the news event had been opened and managed more than 11 hours prior to the event, with TP/SL levels set in advance, following the same risk management process applied to my entire account. Regarding DCA, my entries on the XAUUSD pair consisted of single-lot trades of 0.02 or 0.03, or two 0.01 entries planned within a specific technical price zone. It was not a *martingale* approach, nor aggressive loss recovery, nor an "all-or-nothing" strategy.
