It was all fine and good until the time of payout came(1300$). The behaviour of customer care changed, they flagged a violation on my account and blocked me out of my login, discord community etc. This itself is a proof that something is gravely wrong in the way the firm works.

I would say nothing at this point of time.
They have shown absolute disregard to someone's hard-work by denying the payout and stating false violation flag without concrete proof. I have been buy challenge after challenge for the past one year (approx 50 challenges so far amounting to close to 10000$ of my saving). And just when i was about to get my first payout ever, i ended up denied my right to prove my point.

Unjustified account ban due to a 'Shared Device' violation

Blue Guardian banned my account (#440702) and denied my $660 payout, claiming a 'Shared Device' violation. I provided clear proof that I purchased this device as pre-owned, and there is a 3-month gap between the previous owner's activity and mine. There was absolutely no simultaneous or overlapping trading. Their compliance team acknowledged the 3-month gap but refused to lift the ban, enforcing a predatory policy that penalizes traders for pre-owned hardware, even when there is no actual security risk or account connection.

I have been trading this account for months with the same device which is my own PC computer, and I recieved multiple payouts until my payout is recently denied as of May 28th 2026. I don't understand Blue Guardian for banning my account. Also, BG is banning me for login to my account. It keeps saying "ERROR RB10" This is unfair decision and unclear explanation. I am just hoping that BG would provide a resolution and I would be appreciate if BG releases my 4th payout and returns my funded account and move on. If not, there are plenty of decent prop firms out there that treat me fair.
