My experience with Blueberry Funded has been extremely disappointing. For the first 7 days of trading, my account was fluctuating between profit and loss, and overall I was in approximately $2,000 drawdown/loss. On day 8, I had a strong trading day and made approximately $6,000 profit in a single day, bringing my account balance close to $104,000. However, around one hour later, I received an email from Blueberry Funded stating that my account had been terminated due to alleged third-party involvement during KYC. Initially, I liked the clean dashboard, smooth trading experience, and the overall structure of the evaluation process. The platform looked professional, and the trading conditions were manageable. However, my final experience with the compliance review and account termination process was disappointing due to the lack of flexibility for additional verification despite my willingness to cooperate.
What I liked the least was the lack of fair dispute resolution during a serious compliance issue. My account was terminated based on a single KYC image interpretation without giving sufficient weight to my explanation or offering stronger verification alternatives such as a live video call. Even after I explained the full situation in detail and expressed willingness to complete video verification, ID re-verification, and any additional compliance checks, the decision remained final immediately. For a funded trading firm, I believe serious account termination decisions should include a clearer review process and a fair opportunity for traders to resolve misunderstandings before permanent action is taken.

KYC reviews can be initiated at any point during a trader's journey, not only at payout, and this is clearly outlined in the Terms of Service every trader accepts at signup. In your case, the verification footage showed third-party involvement during the identity check that we were not able to reconcile with the explanations provided. We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, particularly after a strong trading week, and we genuinely appreciate that this feels frustrating. However, our compliance obligations require us to act decisively when verification integrity is in question, regardless of account performance or timing. We took the time to review your written responses, including your offers to complete additional verification. The decision was reviewed at a senior level before it was confirmed as final. We won't be debating the specifics of the compliance review in a public forum, as this protects both your privacy and the integrity of our verification process for all traders on the platform. What concerned me the most was the inconsistent explanations, the refusal to provide evidence or specific violating trades, and the extremely slow communication process. Despite generating over $4,000 in profit, both accounts were banned and no payout was issued.

We took ownership of the miscommunication and clarified the actual basis of the decision in our follow-up correspondence. The underlying finding, which remained consistent throughout the review and is grounded in our publicly available rules, is cross-account hedging. Our Help Center confirms that hedging within a single account is permitted, but hedging between different accounts is strictly prohibited and treated as a hard breach: https://help.blueberryfunded.com/en/articles/9812241-does-blueberry-funded-allow-hedging On payout, our published terms confirm that profits made through prohibited trading activity are not eligible. This applies consistently to all cases of this type and is set out in the article linked above. On the evidence question, we hold detailed internal review documentation for every case, but our standard practice is not to share forensic trade-level data externally. This is consistent across all closure cases and is not specific to your account. We did share the specific behaviour patterns identified during the review in our correspondence with you. If there were delays or gaps in our response time during this process, I want to acknowledge that separately from the merits of the decision. What I really love about Blueberry Funded is how straightforward they are. The rules are crystal clear right from the start, so there are no confusing traps or guessing games. On top of that, their pricing is super reasonable compared to a lot of other competitors in the space. And most importantly, when it comes to getting your money, the payouts are surprisingly fast and totally hassle-free
The only downside I’d mention is the leverage. It’s honestly quite small, which might be a bit of a bummer depending on your trading style. But to be fair, it’s a really minor complaint when you look at the bigger picture. The pros heavily outweigh this one con, and having a reliable firm that actually honors their payouts makes it totally worth it. Easy 5 stars

Took my first trade on the account the 23/04, everything was good until today. Payout coming close (2days left), everything was good, I made 2.9%, 5 days valid. I was ready to process the payout but what happens.. I receive a mail saying "Account breached Toxic trading". For some reason.. the first trade I took, btw I took only 1 trade that day (7min57sec duration & ~+0.20% profit) Guess what.. that trade was a breached of the rules.. Can't lie that spread is very clean on Gold, one of the best. Contact by mail works great and fast.
