I traded on a $100,000 one-step funded account (Account No. 5046851). After successfully passing the evaluation, I began trading manually using a discretionary trend-following strategy focused on gold. On the first funded trading day, I generated a profit of $7,114 by shorting gold during a strong bearish market movement. I did not use any expert advisors, bots, latency arbitrage, copy trading, or execution manipulation techniques. All trades were placed manually based on price action and market structure. Despite this, my account was terminated by the firm citing “toxic trading behavior” and abnormal execution patterns. No specific trade-level evidence or clear rule violation explanation was provided, and the decision was communicated as final. This raises concerns regarding transparency and discretionary enforcement of risk policies, particularly when profitable trading performance is involved.

Blueberry Funded breached my account by claiming that an XAUUSD trade was opened without a predefined stop-loss and that the stop-loss was added much later. I dispute this. According to the MT5 log, the stop-loss was added within seconds after execution, not hours later as claimed. This is especially frustrating because I had already faced a similar issue earlier in Phase 2, where I was wrongly accused of martingale due to faulty internal reporting. That earlier issue took around 15 days to resolve before my account was reactivated. Because of this repeated pattern of false flags and delayed reviews, I do not believe their internal monitoring is reliable.

They just sent an email saying I had engaged in toxic trading. No reference was made to any concrete examples of this.

In my Funded Account no 5041017 , I did Profit of $1719 and March 16 is my Pay-out day but my account terminated 3hrs before my Pay-out request time. They said I violated Clause 12.2 and 12.3. I carefully traded without violating all their rules i.e..1% Risk per trade, Martingle, All-in Trading, Lot size restriction, news trading, Gambling, Excess Scalping, One sided betting, etc

My funded account (#5014176) was closed while holding approximately $3,005 in profit. The firm claimed that I violated Rule 12.2 and 12.3, but they never specified which trade violated the rules or provided any clear evidence. During the funded stage I only traded for 5 trading days and executed 7 trades. After the closure I contacted the firm many times seeking clarification. There have been more than 20 email exchanges and I waited over one month, including sending a final notice, but I still did not receive a meaningful explanation. The account was also approaching the payout period when it was closed.
