I purchased and completed a 2-Step Prime 100k Challenge. The first problem arose in the second step of the challenge: unauthorized trades were made on the account. I then had the password changed in MT5 for the account, as well as my Blueberry dashboard password and the password for my email address. Summary
I purchased and completed a 2-Step Prime 100k Challenge. The first problem arose in the second step of the challenge: unauthorized trades were made on the account. I then had the password changed in MT5 for the account, as well as my Blueberry dashboard password and the password for my email address. There were no further incidents until today, when the big shock occurred. My starting balance today was $102,600, my first trade today resulted in a loss of $1,600, and I also had a small trade with a loss of $400. I then opened another trade, which was slightly profitable, and I held onto it. This afternoon, my account was closed out of the blue, without any warning. I still haven't received an email explaining why the account was closed. After multiple inquiries in the live chat (which I can no longer access), I was told that I violated points 12.2 and 12.3. They claim I violated their terms and conditions, but they still haven't proven this or provided any information on how they arrived at this conclusion. Despite repeatedly requesting that they reactivate my account or refund my money, I received no further response.

Its Really a terrible experience with Blueberry Funded as my Account (2-Step 50K 5043199) has been terminated under clause 12.2 (viii) which states (“using any other strategy, software or technique that the company considers in its exclusive option to not represent individual trading in good faith”) I repeatedly contacted their support team to review this decision as I am the Sole owner of This account and I always obey their rules and did not breach any Rule.
