Before the issue happened, the platform interface and trading conditions seemed reasonable.

There have been more than 20 email exchanges and I waited over one month, including sending a final notice, but I still did not receive a meaningful explanation. The account was also approaching the payout period when it was closed.

TL;DR: Impossible to withdraw, the "support" team doesn't support When it was time to withdraw the earned funds, my entire account was terminated due to "botted" trading, even though every single transaction was legit. After more than a month of heated discussion with the moderators on Discord and a gazillion emails to the support team, they only said that the account is terminated without showing ANY proof of why they labeled my account as "botted". Not even a partial refund was issued.
