I am raising this complaint due to an unfair decision on my funded Rapid account and a lack of response from support for over 24 hours. Summary
I am raising this complaint due to an unfair decision on my funded Rapid account and a lack of response from support for over 24 hours. I traded XAGUSD with a 0.20 lot size, while the maximum allowed limit was 1.00 lot. This clearly shows I did not use excessive leverage or take an all-in position. As per the written rules, placing a stop loss is optional. Initially, a stop loss was placed while the trade was moving toward profit. As price continued in my favor and approached my target, I removed the stop loss and booked profit manually. At no point did my account enter daily or overall drawdown; the account remained profitable throughout. Despite this, my funded account was reverted claiming “all-in” or “unmeasurable risk.” This claim is incorrect and unsupported, as: - Lot size was within limits (0.20 vs 1.00 allowed) - No drawdown rules were breached - Stop loss is optional per published rules - No rule prohibits removing a stop loss or trading during volatile/all-time-high conditions The decision appears based on unpublished, subjective criteria rather than any specific written rule violation. I requested proof of the exact rule breached, but none has been provided. Support has also not replied for more than 24 hours. I earned my profit legitimately by following all published rules. Reverting my funded account and withholding earned profit without a clear rule breach raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.

"I am reporting Blueberry Funded for selective rule enforcement. My $25k account (#923278) was breached for a trade duration rule (157s), but my $5k account (#903048) was paid out for the same trading style. The Risk Team admitted this inconsistency in an email, stating they paid the $5k account in 'good faith' but refuse to reinstate the $25k account. This is unfair, lacks transparency, and shows inconsistent application of rules based on account size. I want my account reinstated or a full refund."

I have passed phase 2 account total 2 account and they hard breach for reasons not mentioned they clearly written on website stoploss not mandatory and breached one account for not putting stoploss and other reason took buy trade and sell trade but they breach account for reason only buys
