I have been a loyal BlueberryFunded customer and have purchased more than 10 accounts over time. Until this incident, I had a positive experience with the firm. Before this incident, I had a positive experience with BlueberryFunded. The trading platform was stable, the challenge process was straightforward, and the support team always responded politely and professionally. I also appreciated that the Risk Team communicated respectfully throughout my case, even though we disagreed on the interpretation of the rule.
My biggest concern is that my understanding of the published Risk Per Trade Idea guidance was different from the interpretation ultimately applied by the Risk Team. I genuinely believed I was following the published rules, but after the breach I learned that overlapping positions on the same instrument and direction were automatically grouped as one trade idea. I believe this interpretation should be made much clearer in the published guidance to avoid similar misunderstandings for other traders.

Risk Per Trade Idea (1.5%) - Combined loss on grouped XAUUSD SELL positions exceeded the limit.
Summary
My funded account (5086117) was terminated for an alleged breach of the 1.5% Risk Per Trade Idea rule. Before placing my trades, I carefully read BlueberryFunded's published Risk Per Trade Idea guidance and genuinely believed I was following the rules. Based on the published examples, I understood that only split positions from the same trade idea or re-entries within 10 minutes after closing a losing trade would be grouped together. However, after the breach, the Risk Team explained that overlapping positions on the same instrument and in the same direction are automatically treated as one trade idea, even if they were placed as separate trading decisions. This interpretation was different from how I understood the published guidance. BlueberryFunded acknowledged in writing that I did not intentionally attempt to circumvent the rules, but they maintained that intent does not affect the outcome. They combined my positions and calculated a total loss of $772.30, exceeding my account limit of $750 by $22.30, resulting in a hard breach. I respectfully submitted multiple appeals and a goodwill request, but all were declined. My purpose in submitting this review is not to accuse the firm of misconduct, but to request an objective review of whether the published rule clearly reflects the interpretation that was applied in my case.
