First Let's start on Customer Care. Initially they were good. Answered questions perfectly fine but if there's any issue they are obtuse stubborn and unchanging. My experience with this firm has been nothing but pleasant to the point that I have even further decided to making this one of my primary firms to trade with as I have also always liked the brokerage that its backed by. Only thing I would like is a leaderboard. Otherwise, I am loving this experience and everything such as being able to trade on Metatrader servers and on such great spreads.

I purchased the 100k rapid challenge, checked thoroughly their FAQ - as I always do before I commit to a challenge - and started trading.
