Here is the truth of how this firm operates behind the scenes: 1] THE DISPUTE: I have a separate $100k account (#5065577) which has an ongoing payout dispute. Support Manager explicitly stated publicly on Trustpilot that the firm wanted to negotiate a middle-ground resolution for this specific case. 2] Instead of honoring their manager's public commitment, their Risk Team member abruptly executed a complete profile ban. This directly contradicts Blueberry Funded’s own published FAQ guidelines, which explicitly state that compliance reviews are con...

"Initially, the dashboard UI and individual account scaling parameters were decent. However, any positive feature is completely ruined by their sudden policy contradictions and unfair profile lockouts."
"Their absolute disregard for contract terms and independent account safety. They completely froze my active, 100% compliant $200k Prime account which has zero trading violations, simply as leverage due to a dispute on an entirely separate 100k account. Their support team, including Gabriela, completely ghosted my official ticket (#108137915). This blanket lockout (Error RB10) under their corporate entity BBF TREASURY PTY LTD is a massive breach of trust."

The activity involved positions held across multiple accounts under your profile, which is why it was reviewed across the profile rather than account by account, in line with our published rules and after a senior review communicated to you more than once. We care a great deal about our reputation, and we put real effort into the traders and accounts that warrant it, including reinstatements where they are genuinely deserved.
