I have been trading with Finotive Funding for 4 months, and I must say they are the best. Their trading conditions are very simple, so one does not have to worry about them. Their instant funding is the best in the market—no hard rules to follow. Every rule is very simple and easy to follow. I have received five payouts without any problem. I got my money within half an hour. Their customer service is also very good. Basic questions get replies within seconds. I have found nothing wrong with this firm so far. I suggest everyone try their service at...

They pay regularly. They have no hard rules and regulations.

I traded some time with them. Also had an risk interview. i started the new Finotive pro Challenge, earned a salary and traded my account for 1 month, before my account go instantly banned and payout reduced to 10% without any wrongdoings or breach of rules. They basically said me risking 1% per trade idea are "substantial losses" which can not be recovered by 2:1 risk reward ratio (because thats gambling). Context: i only risk 1% per trade, have sometimes several days pause in between because i only take very good setups. When i had a sequence...

Summary
They said i did following which makes no sense and is not true. They also denied my payout Section 7.1(i) – Reactionary Re-entry, concerning repeated or immediate re-entry following realised losses where the subsequent activity forms part of a recovery-driven trading sequence. Section 7.1(c) – Overall Trading Strategy and Execution Profile, where the activity, when assessed as a whole, does not demonstrate sufficiently independent and consistently repeatable execution. Section 7.2 – General Prohibited and Restricted Conduct, concerning gambling-style recovery characteristics or an execution profile otherwise unsuitable for the programme. Section 7.24 – Enforcement, Retrospective Review and Manual Review Outcomes, under which Finotive Funding may adjust Reward Payments following the outcome of a Risk Review. Please allow me to clarify the following points with additional context: 1. Risk Management & Position Sizing My trading follows a strict 2:1 Risk-to-Reward ratio (sometimes adjusted to 1:1 or even 3:1 depending on market conditions). All trades are based on 5-minute and 15-minute charts. Due to the specific stop-loss placement required by my setups and leverage limitations, I used the maximum allowable lot sizes often while still respecting my 1% risk rule. Higher lot sizes would have been necessary for my original stop-loss distance, but were not possible. This was disciplined risk management, not excessive risk-taking. 2. Trading Frequency & Strategy Consistency (Section 7.1(c)) I do not trade frequently or irregularly. I often take multiple days of pause while waiting for high-quality setups. My approach is patient and selective — I wait for good setups and then execute with a usual 2:1 RR, adjusted to the current market situation. This is a consistent and repeatable execution framework. 3. Re-entries & Trade Separation • Re-entries only occurred when new additional criteria were fully met. • The mentioned re-entry had a 3-hour gap and was based on a completely new trade idea. • In Example 2, the second trade was on a different symbol (different trade idea) with reduced risk (under 1% risk taken). The XAUUSD loss in Example 2 was only 1% risk — a completely normal trade, not a “significant loss” that should trigger any restrictions. 4. No Gambling-Style Behaviour (Section 7.2) A 2:1 Risk-to-Reward ratio is one of the most widely taught and professional risk management strategies in trading literature. It is not gambling. I consistently risk only 1% per trade and have very few trades overall. I do not understand how this can be classified as “gambling-style recovery” or “unsustainable for the programme.” 5. Recovery Sequence (Example 3) The classification of my winning trades on 01.07 and 07.07 as part of a “recovery sequence” does not make sense. A 2:1 RR approach was explicitly discussed and accepted during my Risk Interview some months ago with no concerns raised. Additionally, the lot size on the 01 July trade was slightly reduced compared to previous trades. Further Important Information • I have never received any warning about my trading conduct. • The dashboard showed no flags or violations at any time, despite regular checks. • I only received the funded account one month ago. While the evaluation stage showed nothing wrong Additional Concerns: I find it highly unprofessional and unfair that there is no clear guideline in your FAQs or rules stating that the described behaviour is prohibited, nor any specific trading instructions on how traders should behave in such situations. Despite this lack of transparency, I was immediately suspended without any prior warning and all profits were heavily reduced. I was not given any opportunity to adjust my trading or submit an appeal to improve. This is not what a prop firm is supposed to be. If you see that my trading is any kind wrong i should be given a warning a chance to improve.

Dear Christopher, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate that this situation was frustrating, and we understand why you would be disappointed with the outcome. For clarity, account reviews are not based solely on the percentage risk used per trade, nor on a trader using a 2:1 risk-to-reward ratio. Both approaches can be entirely acceptable within our programs. Risk reviews assess the overall trading behaviour, patterns, consistency, risk management approach, and compliance with the applicable Terms & Conditions and account rules. As we are unable to discuss specific account details publicly, we cannot comment on the particulars of your case in a Trustpilot review. However, decisions relating to account restrictions, payout adjustments, or account termination are only made following a detailed review by our Risk Team. Regarding dashboard metrics, it is important to note that the dashboard provides helpful indicators and statistics, but not every review criterion is displayed as a warning or flag within the platform. The absence of a dashboard alert should not be interpreted as confirmation that all trading activity will automatically pass a future risk assessment. We also appreciate your feedback regarding communication and trader guidance. We are continually reviewing our processes to ensure traders receive as much clarity as possible regarding account expectations and risk management standards. If you have specific questions regarding the previous decision, please reply to the email you have received. The team will be happy to assist you! Best regards, The Finotive Team

FINOTIVE admits in writing: no rule broken. Payout cut from 70% to 10% anyway. This review is based entirely on Finotive's own written statements to me — their Risk Review letter of 10 July 2026 and their written rejection of my appeal. Every quote below is verbatim from those two documents. I traded an «Instant Funding Lite» account: 5 trades on XAUUSD, all profitable (+$3,496.40 by their own accounting), fixed 0.40-lot size, defined stop-loss and take-profit on the trades (approx. 15 points, per their own letter) — fully within their published r...

In the beginning, I liked the Instant Funding Lite account. Once they started reducing payouts to 10%, this changed.
Compliance with the written rules doesn't protect your payout. Mine was cut to 10% after five profitable, rule-compliant trades; their appeal response confirms in writing the decision «was not made on the basis of those individual provisions» of the Terms. The stated reason in their own letters: their liquidity provider classified my flow as «unhedgeable» — too consistently profitable. The published rules are not what decides whether you get paid.

Summary
«Instant Funding Lite» 100k account (Number: 80090564), trading XAUUSD. Payout cycle: 5 closed trades, all profitable, $3,484 total. At the 70% split, $2,439 was due; on 10 July 2026 Finotive reduced the payout to 10% ($348) and permanently terminated the account — denied difference: $2,090. Their letter cites no specific rule violation, only general clauses. No strike or warning ever existed. I appealed within their 48-hour window; their written rejection confirms verbatim that the decision «was not made on the basis of those individual provisions» — instead invoking a «holistic assessment» and a «consistently repeatable trading methodology» standard found nowhere in their Terms. Both letters state the actual reason: their liquidity provider classified my flow as «unhedgeable» — too consistently profitable. My account access was revoked before the appeal window expired. Full correspondence attached.

Dear Jan, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand your frustration and appreciate the detailed feedback you have provided. While we cannot discuss the specifics of an individual account review publicly, we would like to clarify that Risk Team assessments are not solely based on whether a specific trading rule has been breached. Reviews consider a range of factors relating to overall trading behaviour, risk management, consistency, and the broader requirements of our programs. That said, we take concerns such as yours seriously. We would welcome the opportunity to review your case once again to ensure that all relevant information has been considered and that the outcome has been assessed appropriately. Please contact us directly at support@finotivefunding.com with your account details and a reference to this review. We will arrange for the matter to be escalated for a fresh review by the relevant team. We value all trader feedback and remain committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and professional review process for every client. The Finotive Team

I was running 2x 100k instant lite since February. With the first payout I had to do a video confirmation and elevated KYC. In total I had 9 payouts on the 2 accounts. This week they decided to close my account with no real good reason. I was risking max 0.6% and my total drawdown was around 1.2%. With a few payouts they asked to do elevated KYC again and again. If you get to profitable they just kick you out and close everything. Below the email with risk issues with no real explanation. As stated before I did very low risk trades well within the ...

Dear Irwan, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand that receiving the outcome of a Risk Review can be disappointing, particularly after an extended period of participation and multiple successful payouts. However, we would like to clarify that account reviews are not based solely on profitability, payout history, drawdown levels, or whether a trader has generated profits. Many traders successfully receive payouts over extended periods, and profitability alone is not grounds for account closure. As outlined in the communication you have published, the review related to the broader risk assessment framework under which our services operate. Such reviews may involve factors that extend beyond individual account metrics, including considerations relating to risk management, compliance requirements, and the operational parameters of the programme. We also note that your previously approved payouts remained unaffected and were processed in accordance with our standard procedures. While we respect that you disagree with the outcome, we believe it is important to clarify that the decision was not based simply on the fact that your account was profitable or because you had successfully received payouts. As account-specific matters often involve information that cannot be fully discussed in a public forum, we would welcome the opportunity to review your concerns further. We will be reaching out to you directly to better understand your experience and discuss the matter in more detail. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact our team at support@finotivefunding.com, and we will be happy to conduct a further review of your case. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future trading activities. Best regards, The Finotive Team

It's a good company with clear terms and conditions in the control panel, and it has a proven track record of paying profits. However, I hope you will remove the Martingale rule as it restricts traders. Support is good.

I want to share my factual experience regarding Finotive's execution quality and liquidity depth during the daily rollover to help other traders make informed decisions. On my 50k Challenge, I had a Sell position on EURUSD. At exactly 5:00 PM EST (rollover), the spread widened by over 20 pips. As a result, my stop loss was triggered with massive negative slippage, closing a heavily profitable trade at a loss. To provide context, I had the exact same setup running simultaneously on other accounts with different reputable prop firms/brokers. On all ...

Customer support's attitude. A data feed issue can happen, but trying to justify a 20-pip spread on EURUSD by grasping at straws and passing it off as a "market condition" demonstrates a serious lack of intellectual honesty and transparency towards those who pay for their challenges.

Dear Rubes, Thank you for such a detailed and measured account — we know how disappointing it is to watch a profitable position close at a loss, particularly on a setup that worked on other platforms. When you brought this to our team with your charts, we reviewed it in full and applied the goodwill adjustment you kindly acknowledged. That review confirmed the spread reflected the pricing our liquidity providers quoted at that moment rather than a system error — and you're right that this is exactly the kind of thing traders deserve to understand up front. The 5:00 PM EST rollover is one of the lowest-liquidity windows of the trading day, and spreads from underlying providers can widen sharply and unevenly across firms at the same instant. That's why comparisons, while entirely reasonable to make, don't always reflect identical conditions — and it's also why holding exposure through rollover carries real risk that we'd always encourage caution around. We genuinely value feedback like yours; it helps us sharpen how we communicate execution conditions. If you'd like us to take another look or walk through anything further, our team is here and happy to help. Best regards, The Finotive Team
