I am writing this review to provide a fact-based case study regarding my recent payout experience with Finotive Funding on a $200,000 Funded Account.My payout request was reduced by 90% based on discretionary Risk Review terms (Section 7 and Section 12.2). However, Finotive explicitly acknowledged in writing that Section 7.15 (Profit Concentration) applies specifically to Instant Funding accounts, not Evaluation models. Applying Instant Funding limits retrospectively as a "contextual factor" to cut a compliant payout creates significant ambiguity for traders.Conclusion:While Finotive kept my account active and processed the remaining 10%, applying subjective behavioral reviews under Section 7 to cut 90% of a payout sets an unpredictable precedent.I urge Finotive Management to review this case objectively and re-evaluate the remaining 90% payout.
