Extremely disappointing experience with FundingPips. I purchased a 1-Step account on May 10, 2026, intending to use EAs on my own dedicated VPS. After my purchase, FundingPips significantly changed its VPN/VPS rules, and their support gave me contradictory answers about whether a legitimate dedicated VPS was allowed. I was then told the new restrictions also applied to existing accounts. When I requested a refund because these changes directly affected how I intended to use the service, my request was denied. Even worse, shortly after requesting ...

I was a client of this prop firm for about a year, and overall my experience was positive. The spreads were good, order execution was solid, and communication with support was professional. I successfully passed the evaluation and received a $50,000 live account. Recently, however, the firm introduced a new rule for existing two-phase accounts: a maximum of 2% risk per trade. At first glance, this sounds like a good risk management rule. In practice, though, it means that if your loss on a single trade exceeds around 1.2% because of slippage, your ...

I am submitting this review/dispute because FundingPips banned my funded Master account for an alleged device ID change/device sharing breach, despite the fact that their support had previously confirmed in writing that my VPS with static IP setup was compliant under their VPS policy exception. The timeline is the main issue. I used the same VPS/static IP setup across Phase 1, Phase 2, and the Master account. Before placing trades on the Master account, I asked FundingPips support about this setup and received written confirmation that it was accep...

The only positive part of the experience was that FundingPips support initially responded to my VPS/static IP question before I traded the Master account. They confirmed in writing that the setup was acceptable under their VPS policy exception, which is why I proceeded using that same setup.
What I liked least was the lack of transparency and the refusal to engage with the timeline. FundingPips banned my funded Master account for an alleged device sharing/device ID issue, but the ban notice came more than a week after my last trade and after a period of zero account activity. Support did not provide logs, screenshots, device details, or a clear explanation of what supposedly triggered the breach. The only answer I received from multiple agents was that the decision was final, even though I had prior written approval for the VPS/static IP setup.

Device ID change / alleged device sharing
Summary
FundingPips stated that my Master account was breached because of a device ID change/device sharing issue. I believe this was unjustified because I used the same VPS with a static IP across Phase 1, Phase 2, and the Master account, and FundingPips support had confirmed in writing before Master account trading that this setup was compliant under their new VPS policy. The timing does not add up. My last trade on the Master account was on 29 June, with 4 trades total. I had no trading activity after that because I was traveling. The ban email arrived on 8 July, more than a week later. FundingPips has not explained how a device sharing breach could have occurred during a period when the account had no trading activity. When I asked for clarification, support did not provide logs, screenshots, device details, linked account information, or any evidence showing what triggered the decision. Multiple agents only repeated that the trading team's decision was final. I offered to provide VPS logs and supporting evidence, but they did not review or engage with that offer. Supporting documents I can upload include: the chat confirming the VPS/static IP setup was approved, the ban email dated 8 July, account/trade history showing the last trade date of 29 June, and follow-up support chats where I asked for an explanation and received only final-decision responses.

I had a positive experience with FundingPips initially. The platform performed well, and I successfully traded my funded account while receiving two payouts without any compliance issues. However, my experience changed completely when my account was suddenly terminated. FundingPips informed me that my account shared a Device ID with another registered user, but no technical evidence or explanation was provided. I explained that I have always been the sole operator of my account, submitted photographs and device information for my personal phones, ex...

Before this dispute, my experience with FundingPips was positive. The trading platform was stable, execution quality was good, and I successfully completed the requirements to receive two payouts, which were processed without issues. The dashboard was user-friendly, and I appreciated the overall trading environment. I also liked that FundingPips actively communicated updates to traders and introduced new products and policy changes. My concern is not with the trading conditions themselves but with the compliance review process. I believe account termination decisions should include greater transparency, proper verification, and an opportunity for traders to respond before a final decision is made.
FundingPips offers a modern trading environment with several attractive challenge models that suit different trading styles. I liked the flexibility of being able to choose between the 1-Step, 2-Step, Instant (Zero), and the newer 2-Step Flex challenge. The firm has also introduced its PRIME trader growth program and recently increased the maximum allocation from $300K to $400K, showing that they continue to expand their offerings for traders. I also found the trading platforms stable, the dashboard easy to use, and my first two payouts were processed successfully without issues. These innovations and continuous product improvements initially gave me confidence in the firm. My concern is not with their products or trading conditions, but with how my compliance case was handled and the lack of transparency during the account termination process.

FundingPips Stated Device ID Match as the Reason for My Account Termination
Summary
FundingPips informed me that my funded account (Account No. 11893510) was being permanently terminated because they claimed that the Device ID linked to my account corresponded with another registered user on their platform. According to their emails, they considered this a breach of their Terms of Service relating to independent account operation. However, I strongly dispute this allegation. I have always been the sole owner and operator of my FundingPips account. I have never shared my account credentials, VPS access, trading platform, or personal devices with any third party. My last trade on this account was on 26 June 2026, and it was executed through my Forex VPS (IP: 93.120.39.174:42014). After FundingPips announced changes regarding VPS usage, I immediately stopped using the VPS and permanently deleted the VPS account. Since that date, I have not placed any further trades. Before this issue, I had already received two successful payouts from the same funded account without any compliance concerns being raised. At no point during those payouts was I informed of any Device ID issue or account-sharing concern. After receiving the termination notice, I fully cooperated with FundingPips and submitted additional information to support my explanation. This included photographs of my two personal mobile phones, device information, screenshots of my FundingPips dashboard, and screenshots showing that my FundingPips account is registered under my real name, Sayid Khalifa, while "RAJIB_Gaming" is simply the display nickname of my Google account. Both belong to me. I also offered to participate in a live video interview or any other verification process so that I could demonstrate my devices, account ownership, trading setup, and answer any questions from the Responsible Trading Team. Despite my cooperation, FundingPips maintained that their decision was final. They did not provide any technical evidence of the alleged Device ID match, identify which device was involved, explain when the match occurred, or conduct any live verification before permanently terminating my account. I understand and support the need for proprietary firms to enforce their rules and protect against fraud. However, I believe that such a serious action should be supported by a fair verification process, especially when a trader disputes the allegation, has a history of successful payouts, and is willing to cooperate fully. I am submitting this case to PropFirmMatch so it can be reviewed independently and objectively based on the facts and the supporting documents I have provided.
