bought account via propfirm match, nice customer care for help even though I breached account affordable prices , their dashboard is eaasy to navigate .

I have not yet passed but so far the experience has been good especially with the tight spreads on all pairs even execution seems to be fast as well. Not experienced any slippage this far which is good.

I initially considered a 5-star rating, but I'm confused about resetting an evaluation in the second phase only to receive a Phase 1 account. It seems more logical to purchase a new evaluation in that scenario. A few adjustments could easily make this a 5-star experience.

Account [20027508] Trading rule breached without proof. They stated that I violated the maximum drawdown limit but my account never dropped more than 1% since the beginning of the day (max 3% daily drawdown allowed). Even in their own dashboard, my equity curve only went up and it was not possible to have that much drawdown. It must be due to an error in their system.
