Everything is great except spreads especially on indices, some days the spread would be round 150 but then all of a sudden it doubled to 300+. This happened around 2 time to me in 2 months so i don't know whether it will keep happening or not

I passed my evaluation honestly, but FundingPips terminated my account over a 7-month-old device login history from my brother. They released my payout but refused my refund. My FundingPips account was permanently terminated today due to a "Device ID match" (CID violation). Around 7-8 months ago, my brother logged into his account from my device when I didn't even have an account or active evaluation with FundingPips. Recently, I passed my own evaluation with my own KYC and got a Master Account. The irony is that FundingPips reviewed my account and su...

Their Client ID (CID) tracking system is overly aggressive, punishing honest traders for old, innocent device logs without checking individual intent.

My experience with FundingPips was positive until I encountered a serious issue regarding the transition from my existing Master accounts to their PRIME program. I currently have 4 active Master/Funded accounts with approximately $400,000 in total funded allocation. Three of these are 100K 2-Step Flex accounts with a 95% reward split and 12% maximum loss limit, conditions under which I completed the evaluations and earned my Master accounts. The problem started when I received a direct invitation from FundingPips to join the PRIME program. After ...

Before this issue, I had a positive experience with FundingPips. I particularly appreciated the trading conditions offered on the Master accounts, especially the high profit split, the drawdown structure, and the possibility of managing a significant funded allocation. I had also reached Gold Tier status, which reflected the progress and results I had achieved with the firm and made me feel that my consistency and performance as a trader were being recognized. The platform and overall trading experience were also good, which is precisely why I would prefer to remain with FundingPips under the Master conditions I originally earned and continue my relationship with the firm.
What I liked the least was the way the transition to the PRIME program was handled. After working my way up to Gold Tier, building approximately $400,000 in funded Master accounts, and generating more than $9,000 in rewards/payouts, I received a direct invitation to PRIME and was then informed that I could not simply decline it and continue requesting rewards under my existing Master conditions. For me, PRIME currently represents a significant downgrade rather than a reward: I would go from approximately $400,000 in funded allocation to less than $100,000 initially, while also moving from conditions that include up to a 95% profit split and 12% maximum loss to PRIME conditions with a lower profit split and lower drawdown allowance. What disappointed me most was the lack of a clear choice. A program presented as a reward for profitable traders should, in my opinion, improve their position or at least allow them to retain the conditions they already earned. In my case, being effectively required to transition feels like a substantial devaluation of the accounts and progress I worked to achieve. I was also disappointed by the communication surrounding the program, particularly because the information available regarding PRIME appeared to suggest that continuing to receive rewards on Master could be an option, while support later told me that this does not apply to traders who receive a direct PRIME invitation. I hope FundingPips can reconsider my case and allow me to decline PRIME, retain my existing Master accounts and receive the rewards I generated under their original conditions.

Mandatory transition to PRIME after receiving a direct invitation
Summary
After receiving a direct invitation to the FundingPips PRIME program, I was no longer able to request the rewards/payouts generated on my 4 existing Master accounts. I contacted FundingPips support and asked specifically to decline the PRIME invitation and continue trading and requesting rewards on my Master accounts under their existing conditions. I was informed that, because I received a direct PRIME invitation, I cannot continue receiving rewards through the normal Master payout process and must proceed with the PRIME transition. This affects more than $9,000 in rewards across my 4 Master accounts. No trading violation or breach was cited as the reason. The restriction is related to the PRIME invitation. This is particularly concerning because I currently have approximately $400,000 in funded Master allocation, while the PRIME transition would initially reduce my total account size to less than $100,000 and would also provide a lower profit split and lower maximum loss allowance

They're quick with there processes and had 0 issues with anything
I think the dashboard could do some work with the analytics by providing more data and also show full details of the account on the dashboard too such as profit split etc.

One of the best prop firms out there. ❤️🔥 Thank you for your existence and for giving traders like me the opportunity to prove ourselves. What started with a $10K account has turned into $25K+ in total payouts in less than one year. 🤯💰 It’s honestly crazy to look back and see how far this journey has come. There have been plenty of losses, setbacks, stressful days, and moments where I questioned everything—but staying consistent, trusting my edge, managing risk, and continuing to show up made the difference. I’m genuinely grateful for the op...

The opportunity to grow from a $10K account to $25K+ in payouts, while having a prop firm that actually supports traders and makes the journey possible. 🔥🤝
The least? Probably the occasional rule restrictions and the stress that comes with trading under strict drawdown limits 😂 Other than that, honestly can’t complain much.
