I passed Phase I Phase 2 and did KYC wait a week than they send me email we can't give you funded account, and You can not purchase further account from there website. Blocked me kicked out from Discord. My account was breached manually. I do swing trading . Guys telling me that you predict the market before 2 hour 3 hour. Hi Vikram, To clarify, your account was not denied simply because a trade reached its target or stop-loss during a news event, nor was the decision based on an assumption about your stated trading style. Your trading activity was reviewed by our Senior Risk Team and was found to constitute gap trading in breach of clause 5.4.1.6 of our Terms and Conditions. Following your request, a secondary review was completed by the same senior team; however, the findings and outcome remained unchanged. While we understand that you describe yourself as a swing trader using technical analysis, compliance decisions are based on the actual trading activity recorded on the account rather than the strategy description provided afterwards. The Compliance Team has responded directly to you with the final outcome, and a full refund for the affected account has already been issued. As confirmed in that correspondence, we are unable to provide a funded account or continue offering services in this case. We appreciate that this is not the outcome you had hoped for, but the decision was reached following two separate reviews and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions accepted when purchasing the account. Fast and speedy processing of order,though after passing evaluation it took some days for my funded account which was on read-only mode to be enabled. But I think my experience so far in purchasing the account, passing my evaluation and trading my funded account has been impressive. Will update my review once I apply and receive my first payout. Received payout after few days of delay, but overall the firm has been exceptional.

FXIFY has some of the lowest affordable fees on instant funded account. Having been paid $50 already I would say they have one of the best customer care services and the payout was fast once I linked my account with Rise.

Affordable pricing on Instant Funded Accounts
I think they must emphasize all rules clearly and equally especially the special rules that are unique to a particular account... e.g. Instant Funded Lite accounts are such that you cannot take profit made once the account is breached however this is not clearly emphasized when compared to one having to understand that when they withdraw from profit it is advisable to leave a buffer. My feeling is they are both equally important and they must be emphasized equally. I was a bit disappointed that I could not withdraw my profit (according to split) when I breached the account... I had to ask to be shown the rule...

During this time, support repeatedly told me to wait and said the case was with the finance/relevant department, without giving me a clear timeline or proper explanation. At first, I liked the platform design and the trading conditions looked attractive. The account setup and Rise onboarding process also seemed simple. However, my experience changed after I reached payout stage, because the payout process became delayed and unclear.
What I liked least was the payout process and communication after reaching the payout stage. I requested my payout on 28 April 2026 and completed the Rise agreement, but I waited more than two weeks with repeated unclear responses from support. Later, my payout was denied based on a latency arbitrage allegation that I strongly deny, and I was not provided with clear detailed evidence showing how my manual trading violated the rules. This made the experience very stressful and unfair for me.

Summary
I requested my payout of $4310.91 on 28 April 2026 and completed the Rise onboarding process on 29 April 2026. After waiting for more than two weeks with repeated follow-ups, I received an accusation of “latency arbitrage” and my payout was denied. I strongly deny this allegation. I traded manually using my own strategy and did not use any unfair system, automation, faster data feeds, or technological exploitation. During the waiting period, support repeatedly told me that the case was under review and with the finance/relevant department, without providing a clear explanation or timeline. In my opinion, the accusation was not supported with clear evidence or detailed trade analysis. My trading history included both winning and losing trades and reflected normal manual trading activity. I believe the handling of this payout process was unfair and extremely stressful after reaching the funded payout stage.
