⚠️ MY EXPERIENCE WITH GFT – PAYOUT REJECTED AND ACCOUNT BANNED ⚠️ I want to share my experience with GFT and request that the prop firm community investigate this matter. Account Details: - Account Number: 436453920 - Account Type: Instant Hero - Account Status: BLOCKED - Payout Status: REJECTED I followed all the applicable rules and payout requirements for my GFT Instant account. I traded with a low-risk approach, followed a 1:3 risk-to-reward ratio, and maintained disciplined risk management throughout my trading. After meeting the payout requirements, I submitted my withdrawal request. GFT kept my payout pending for two days. When they apparently found no other reason to reject my payout, they accused me of using a VPN based on my IP address and subsequently banned my account. I trade with other prop firms as well, and I understand that traders may use VPNs for login and connectivity purposes. However, I use only one device for my trading activities, and I am willing to provide evidence to support my statement that my trading account was not accessed from multiple devices. Instead of properly investigating the situation and providing clear evidence of an actual rule violation, GFT rejected my payout and blocked my account. The situation became even more concerning when I contacted them through Discord. I was subsequently restricted from the Discord server for six days, preventing me from communicating there during that period and sharing my experience with the community. My Questions to GFT: 1. Which specific rule did I violate? 2. What concrete evidence supports the VPN allegation? 3. Why was my payout kept pending for two days before being rejected? 4. Why was my entire account blocked instead of providing a transparent explanation and allowing me to respond to the allegation? 5. Why was I restricted from the Discord community after trying to raise my concerns? I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for transparency, evidence, and fair treatment as a trader who believes he followed the applicable rules. I urge the prop firm community to review this case and investigate the circumstances surrounding my rejected payout and blocked account. I am ready to provide supporting evidence, including my trading history, payout request details, account information, and relevant communications with GFT. I want this matter to be reviewed fairly, and I want GFT to provide a clear explanation for its decision. They are a great and a genuine company to work with I love everything about them , fast account registration, very fast in delivering account details and ten days payout. I have gotten two-payouts already without an issue. I love the premium account, no consistency, just five positive trading days. I have not experience any payout denial.Just follow their rules and you are good to go. I only want them to reduce the payout duration to within 24hrs. Keep it up GFT. When I thought all hopes has gone after I lost my account through drawdown Almighty ALLAH did it for me through GFT POINTS. I lost all hopes, until I remembered about GFT points which you can use to claim INSTANT FUNDED ACCOUNTS UP TO 50K. So, I quickly went to my dashboard and checked my points if I could claim an account. When I checked, my points were 1650 which can claim a 10k account but I still have activities that can earn me another 1600 points which if I could do all or half, I can get 50k or at least 25k instead of 10k.
