Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your experience. We've carefully reviewed your concerns and would like to address each point. Your payout was denied due to a violation of our MRPP (Maximum Risk Per Trade Idea) rule. For your One-Phase Micro Funded Account with a $100,000 size and 4% daily drawdown, the MRPP is set at 50% of the account's starting daily drawdown. This means your maximum allowed risk per trade idea is 2% of $100,000, which equals $2,000. You are not permitted to risk or lose more than this amount on a single trade idea. The screenshot shared displays two separate trades, each with a stop loss exceeding $2,000. Regarding your claim that the breach notification cited a wrong threshold, the original email clearly states that our monitoring system detected a breach of our Gambling and Excessive Risk rule, which limits how much risk or loss can be taken on a single trade idea relative to your account's initial daily drawdown allowance. The 3% mention in the email applies specifically to Instant Funding accounts. Since you had a One-Phase Micro account, the applicable rule was 50% of daily drawdown, which is 2%. The risk team also shared a calculator with you confirming this. You were never given incorrect information. Regarding your claim that we later changed our explanation, there was no change in stance. The email referenced above is the only communication sent by our risk team, and it consistently references 50% of daily drawdown as the applicable threshold. Regarding your argument that risk should be based on floating loss rather than stop loss, our rule clearly states: "Risking or losing more than 50% of your daily drawdown at any time in one trade idea is considered gambling." The rule covers both risking and losing. As proven by the screenshot of your trades, you risked more than $2,000 at the time of trade entry — regardless of whether the stop loss was later modified, the trade was manually closed, or the floating loss never reached that level. The risk was taken at trade entry. We do acknowledge your feedback on FAQ clarity and will review whether additional clarification is needed going forward. However, the existing rule language does cover this scenario. The violation was valid per the rules published on our website, and the payout denial stands. Instant Funding accused us of copy trading and using the same IP address, closed all of my accounts, and denied my $8,000 payout. We know copy trading is prohibited, so why would we do it? We specifically contacted support regarding the IP address because we were aware it could potentially become an issue. Support clearly told us that sharing the same IP address would not be a problem.
