It's a real shame. I'm disappointed. I had set a stop-loss lower than 1% risk per trade, but due to candle slippage, that risk was reached. And there was no notification in the middle of the trade that my risk had been reached, so I didn't need to continue the trading process anymore at that time. We completely understand why being able to continue trading after June 22, 2026, only to face an account cancellation at the payout phase, feels incredibly confusing and frustrating. To clarify how our risk assessment works technically: when a severe slippage event or high-volatility price movement pushes a trade past our maximum risk parameters (such as the 1% limit), the system automatically logs a hard breach on the server backend at that exact millisecond. While the trading terminal itself may sometimes remain temporarily open, the account is structurally flagged as invalid for funding. These flags are then thoroughly audited by our compliance team during the formal payout review process, which is when the final cancellation is officially processed. Upon reviewing your account, we can confirm that the XAUUSD trade in question recorded a loss of $50.32. As per the IF Micro trading guidelines, the Maximum Risk Per Trade Idea rule permits a maximum risk of 1% of the starting account balance on a single trade idea. For a $5,000 funded account, this means the maximum permitted threshold is $50.00. The recorded loss of $50.32 therefore exceeded the permitted limit by $0.32, and as a result, a hard breach was triggered and the account was closed in accordance with our published trading policies. We do acknowledge that the margin by which the threshold was exceeded is very small. However, our trading guidelines apply uniformly across all funded accounts, and even a breach of $0.01 above the permitted limit constitutes a violation. Regarding your mention of slippage, we understand that market conditions can sometimes cause execution prices to differ from the intended Stop Loss level. A Stop Loss functions as a trigger instruction rather than a guaranteed execution price. Once the trigger level is reached, it converts into a market order and the final fill price is determined by the available market liquidity at that moment. Differences in price may occur due to volatility, spread widening, or fast market movement. Slippage does not exempt a trade from the Maximum Risk Per Trade Idea rule, nor does it retroactively alter the risk that was placed at the time of entry. It offers the lowest price for an instant account, so I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars. The rules are clearly stated, though the 1% rule and 15% consistency requirement are a bit strict (3/5 stars). Customer care responds promptly and provides good guidance, so that’s 4 out of 5 stars. The dashboard looks a bit dated, hence 3 stars. Account credentials arrive immediately, so 4 out of 5 stars. I purchased their 5k instant account. Was Trading it judiciously for 2 weeks. Only for today to see a sell limit which I had on BTC get flagged leading to an account breach. First, they claimed I had done a "max position drawdown" I replied Via mail with evidence of the screenshot of the trade limit still active with the stop loss not triggered by them. The sent a review saying the real reason was maximum risk per trade. They have since closed the case and not responded. The firm has previous denied me access to my dashboard initially siting some server related issue. I was told to login into the trade web terminal as this will trigger the system to accept my logins into the dashboard. This did not work at that time but on a later date I have access.
They use ifpro trading account. Which may have been the issue here.

When the stop loss level is reached, it is converted into a market order and is executed at the next available market price. In fast-moving or volatile markets, this can result in slippage, where the execution occurs at a different price than the specified stop loss. While your intended stop loss may have been approximately $25, the Risk Team's review confirmed that the actual drawdown on the trade reached $61.27, exceeding the maximum permitted risk of $50.50 for your account. Accordingly: Maximum Permitted Risk: $50.50 Actual Drawdown Reached: $61.27 The breach was therefore triggered based on the actual executed loss, not the planned stop loss amount.
