I have 1.5 years of experience in Maven, and one single thing is very very very bad about this propfirm is that , SLIPPAGE (slippage while buying, while selling, while hitting SL). So I would suggest never buy this worst propfirm in terms of smooth trading. I currently choose omo 2 step challenge in that I put SL at 99$ so that I won't hit my 2% floating loss, but the system closed my trade at 106$ , I mean this much amount of slippage if you have then you should also give some buffer....right ??? But they don't give. I literally requested ceo head others to look at this. This is the geniune feedback I am giving.....please don't waste your hard earned money guys.. I have experience with other propfirm also which have the same rule of 2% of floating loss should not exceed. They give buffer also...not the email from maven like you hit soft breach....

I think Maven is one of the top tier prop firms in the industry. With one of the most affordable pricing structures in the market. You want cheap and trustworthy firm, go for maven. Cheap comes with strict rules, you cant get everything. Just one major downside is the trade execution and spread, no jokes it is terrible and will make you hold your head. They really need to improve that. But the positive all accounts are swap free, follow rules and get paid for sure. Update - They have introduced minis back again, basically a 24hr trading plan, which pays instantly, do check out.

Maven Trading platform is a good platform for biggners. Is is a very simple or clean platform. its fast payouts, low evaluation fees, and clear rules, while a smaller number report technical glitches, slippage, or customer service issues.

I used maven prop firm for over 6months when i started forex trading i got to know about the prop firm and one of my friend recommend me maven prop firm becauss it was cheap. In the beginning i didn't knew too much about rules as the time passed i got know about the rules after sometimes they removed some rules like martiangle etc which is great but i would give 5-stars to their customer service and 4-star as being one of the cheapest firms but but after blewing more then 7 accounts i finally clear the challenge account but in the review phase they breached my account and the reason they gave to me was that i risked more then the daily dd like i open 2trades in xauusd with 0.1-0.1 lot and my risk percentage was more then 4% but when i realized i closed one of the trade immediately in profit and the other trade was running and its tp got hit my phase 1 got clear and i also cleared phase 2 but in the review they told me i have broken the risk percentage rule which they would have breached the account immediately or after clearing phase 1 so my experience with maven propfirm is average like i would not like to recommend anyone to propfirm but the good thing is that they gave me a 5k step as a compensation which i didn't took seriously as i had already wasted more then 6months with them so i shifted to other propfirms.

However, there is one thing to watch out for: the spread on Gold (XAUUSD) is relatively high. If you are a scalper or heavily focused on ultra-short-term gold trading, these trading costs might eat into your margins. But if you primarily trade forex currency pairs, or if you prefer swing trading and holding positions a bit longer, the overall experience remains excellent. All things considered, it offers great value for the price and is still highly recommended!

Execution has been reliable & Overall, it's a decent prop firm for traders who follow a disciplined trading strategy. looking forward to seeing how my experience develops over time.
